I signed up for the membership and told me Check out at 2 pm the next day and you can have breakfast. I didn't eat breakfast because I didn't like it. However, at 11:30 noon the next day, the front desk called me and told me to check out at 12 o'clock. I just communicated a few words. , it must be that the front desk who called me did not communicate with the front desk of the previous shift. He didn't know that the previous front desk told me that I could check out at 2 o'clock. I went out and returned to the hotel at noon. I would like to request that your hotel ask guests if they need to sing karaoke in the hotel before checking in in the future, instead of just saying "I was busy and forgot" after being woken up in the middle of the night. They didn't offer any apologies during my two-day stay (not including verbal apologies), but they still offered three bottles of drinks as an apology when I checked out.
