設施還算齊全，基本能滿足需求，就是衞生有待加強。冬天室內沒有暖氣，衹有卧室有空調，人在客廳待着就會很冷，夏天來應該問題不大。總得來説還可以。

老闆手裡房源很多，以好的優質房源招攬顧客，臨近入住將本人已定好的優質房源轉給出價更高的顧客。也沒提前聯繫本人，告訴不想住可以給退錢，有趁人之危的嫌疑。最後給補償個20元紅包，不過給分配的房源是典型的老破舊。入住前能夠跟老闆勤溝通和天天聯繫確認的可以繞過。
