酒店離動物園大馬戲都比較近，服務很棒，房間也不錯。酒店有管家服務，管家是小安，服務也很到位。下次還會再來的。早餐的話也很豐富，小朋友總體玩的很開心

房間意外變成了親子房。房間裏都是斑馬🦓的元素，小朋友看到了有小童上下鋪床很是歡喜。管家小錢服務也很好，會介紹周邊的景點。還給小朋友送了一個可愛的小甜品🐶。雖然味道一般，但甚在可愛。

第一個房間有異味，換了個房間才行。早餐沒有吃，因為排隊的人太多了，沒有分流措施和預備方案。可以想象節假日人更多。還有晚上20點左右這麼大酒店沒有門僮，想諮詢事情都找不到人。

酒店外觀非常氣派，大堂裝修也不錯，行程顧問小錢有求必應，服務非常貼心。房間正對着動物園，陽台就可以看到斑馬。入住和退房都很方便，早餐品種豐富，能滿足不同人羣的需求。就是大堂温度比較低，冬天入住的話，感覺不太好。
