The room and environment are good, but the facilities are not good, and the service is especially bad. The service of several people at the front desk was particularly poor. They looked impatient when asked a question. The one next to the elevator was even worse. When asked where the elevator was, she would only answer "on the right". In fact, she was right next to her and didn't help to press the button. The service is totally unworthy of a hotel that costs nearly 1,000 yuan.

Choosing the right hotel for an ancient town trip is incredibly important! Staying at the Fireworks Tower for a few days was truly a true joy! The most amazing thing is definitely the view! From your room, you can watch the breathtaking fireworks display, the golden sparks flying all over the sky, so relaxing. At night, you can even lie down and watch the fireworks explode across the night sky. Without having to squeeze through the crowds, you get a fantastic vantage point, and every shot is a truly atmospheric photo. And the location is super convenient! During the day, you can enjoy the ancient town, eat, drink, and take in the beautiful scenery. When you get tired, you don't have to walk far. You can return to the hotel in minutes, drop off your belongings, and then head out again. There's no need to waste time commuting. Lazy travelers love this convenience! I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit the ancient town!

設施：小而美 衞生：良好 環境：非常好 服務：非常好 出門就可以看到煙花，累了就回房間休息，非常愜意。 酒店早餐不錯，餐廳風景很好。 唯一美中不足的是如果餐廳能提供午晚餐就好了，一整天都能在酒店躺着，哈哈。

很喜歡酒店的位置，給的房間視野也很好，可以看到打鐵花和煙花。打車可以直接開到酒店大堂旁邊，去古鎮哪都很近。一個小缺點就是電梯刷卡沒有門禁，外面的人都能進。

衞生和舒適度都不錯，早餐也很好！可這個星級的酒店居然沒有洗衣房，也沒有掛燙機，前台的電話也是經常沒人接聽！服務真的很欠缺

訂的家庭套房太過驚喜，性價比超高，三個房間打通的套間，兩房一廳、三衞、四個陽台，活動空間足夠大，酒店貼心安排了能看到打鐵花的方位，簡直是VVVIP包廂視野，兩天連看6場表演、4場打鐵花、2場煙花秀，住過的酒店不算少，這是我目前為止最滿意的酒店套房，交通也非常便利，出門就是太湖古鎮，錯峯遊玩，陽台觀景；另一邊是一片濕地，酒店接駁車上百花島，走一走踏青；開車12分鐘到漁人碼頭，臨湖美景拌飯，沿湖走一走，不要太自在。這一家寶藏酒店，真的太值得！
