五一假期，價格猛漲，半夜臨時入住酒店，到了房間，發現感覺這房間臨時趕出來的房間、地上濕噠噠的，廁所全是水！感覺很不好、人很累，酒店房間也緊張、懶的掰扯，房靠背也很臟，醉了，酒店起碼的衞生標準都沒有！酒店床也很硬、隔音也很差，談不上舒適性！第二天退房，前台服務很差，我們去退房了，也沒有提醒停車需要掃碼，等我們再次回去詢問，還來一句，你們來退過房？態度還來的差，建議大家別住這種酒店了！

環境一般，衞生一般，算是新酒店，大廳挺漂亮，電梯就不好了，一看就是舊樓改造的和洗浴中心共用電梯。房間裝修如家水平，格調好一些，維護的不好，有些臟的，前面客人的瓶蓋也沒清理。要吐槽的是花灑水小到不行，而且淋浴還是壞的，更換房間後沒有改變。早飯一般，簡單吃吃。整體來説不值得推薦。

過年期間我們共預訂了5個房間，前提已經告知前台需要5個房間在同一層，因為都是家裡人，想要在一起過年才定了酒店，結果卻幫我們分了2層，因為要刷卡才能去各自的房間，導致一點也不方便，體驗感太差。服務真的不行。

我就沒有住過這麼差的麗楓酒店！！！！！入住的時候衹給了一張卡，也就是説一旦有人要出去，他就上不來了，因為他那個電梯是需要刷卡的，更氣人的他上面APP顯示有很多充電樁，但是過去都是被其他油車佔用的，十幾個充電樁全是這樣，管理相當之**！！！！都2025年了，連個充電服務都做不好！！！！！

非常失望。第一房間的熱水壺非常高科技，結果出水的時候，出水口像噴泉四處茲水，幸虧穿的厚，不然就把人燙傷了。第二，沙發有頭髮，洗手間推拉門拉開還貼着結婚的喜字，説明衞生不行❌第三，套房房間的窗簾在窗户緊閉情況下，靠牆位置部分會隨空調風一直襬動，所以早上窗簾邊緣照射光嚴重晃眼。第四也是最重要的一點，床頭上掛了鋁合金框的裝飾畫，正好在頭上方，如果脱落掉下來絕對不得了，裝飾畫你可以碰下，都是鬆動的，不知道哪個天才想出來在頭上方掛這麼重的裝飾物品。建議你們工作人員自己住一晚，是不是存在這麼多問題……如果作為快捷賓館，裝修可以了，但是定了套房，感覺還是不行
