前台小陸提前加了微信，知道我們去的是兩個女娃，安排了粉色雙人床。酒店在紅豆山莊景區內，出入很方便，空調給力，也非常衞生。春天的花花草草映襯着船屋，浪漫極了。

這個住宿是行程的最大bug點。晚上8點多到民宿，前台沒有人，給管家微信電話均未回覆，找到前台旁邊的小屋子，明明有服務員的，聽到我們在外面想辦住宿，也不主動出來。前期做攻略的時候瞭解到住宿可以抵門票，就諮詢暢玩票是不是補票價-門票差價，前台滿臉傲慢，説從來都是另付120的門票，那這麼説房票中衹包含門票的一半而已，其實也不是差30塊，但是服務員這傲慢勁也不知道哪裡來的。同時定了一間庭院房和一間湖景房，湖景房連結裏是有陽台的，給的就衹有個窗户的房間，這不是虛假宣傳嗎？電話前台表示沒辦法，表示投訴後，前台給換了一個房間，陽台是有了，但是房間衹有10平吧，快捷酒店標準都達不到，淋浴間的窗簾都生黴了，衞生間超級小，完全沒辦法給小朋友洗澡。特別差。

1、房間在一樓，進門後有一股陳年不住人的味道，有點説不上來！
2、門口行李架那面牆壁，滿是污漬，我們都沒好意思把行李放那裡
3、晚上要求加被子，告知房間裡衣櫥裏有，直接用，一個沒有被套的被子你們敢用嘛？幸好的是最後要了一個被套自己套了下再用！
4、入住時詢問山莊裡麪可有吃的，告知我們在紅豆水街有小吃，但是沒有告知時間，等我們六點左右過去已經空空如也，啥也沒有，要吃飯就大門口有家餐廳，看上去吃飯人挺多的！
5、因為沒東西吃，於是叫了外賣，結果外賣衹能送到前台，而前台在景區大門，離住的地方很遠，讓前台電動車送，結果告知衹能自己來取，等我們做電瓶車取到外賣時已經全部冷掉了！

服務超好，超出預期。隔音很好，十分安靜，我平時睡覺很輕，可是在那裡完全聽不到樓道和隔壁的聲音，十分贊！酒店離高速口很近很方便，問了一下酒店服務員，從旁邊的小路一向走就到了！管家小姐姐也非常友善，服務態度很好，很貼心。

對我來説2個點不太滿意….床太小….我們2大2小實在是擠（預訂不到親子房了） 第二個…馬桶不是智能的 冬天太酸爽～
