酒店地理位置優越，就在虞山公園對面，還可以免費停車，性價比高，唯一不足就是隔音較差，服務員幫忙協調，但是隔壁還是很吵，如果衹住一晚還行

這個價格對應的房間設施和早餐也算過得去，亮點就在它的地理位置絕佳：過馬路就是虞山公園，從虞山公園花一塊錢坐遊1公交可以直達虞山山頂的寶巖景點，玩好下山可再花一塊錢坐到倒數第二站古城牆站下車，登上古城牆一路下山，到鎮海台下城牆，對面路口就是一家肯德基，走幾步就回到酒店了。另外，為什麼點評都沒有提到酒店到通江路相當的近呢？出酒店大門右轉2分鐘就可走到七絃河，沿着七絃河走過去就是通河路，通河路上小橋流水白牆黑瓦，中秋節的晚上分外熱鬧；在往前沿着塔弄就可走到方塔園，也很值得一逛。

房間非常大！還帶了一個露台，有一個冰箱跟微波爐，要放外賣跟熱外賣都很方便～衞生也很好前台服務態度非常好，附近就是虞山旅遊很方便也很安靜，下次還會再來～

衞生間臭氣沖天，酒店有自知之明的放了香薰，但完全無效。剛進門去衞生間洗手，就見一地頭髮。房間裏的地板油膩，電梯裏與走廊裏一直煙味。電梯裏的煙頭從早上出去早飯，到中午退房都在。最反感的是，窗户完全是對着一個室內羽毛球館內的內窗，根本不對外，房間介紹中並未如實説明，從早到晚都有五六組人在打羽毛球。服務也跟不上，從早餐阿姨到掃地阿姨，能少做一件事就少做一件事。寡淡的早餐從來不補充，還是外面小店的麪條好吃，房間裏用過的毛巾浴巾都不收。估計是老闆太摳門，下屬都不肯幹活了，大堂每天就一個接待，唯一好評是大堂一個年輕的姑娘接待，主動提醒停車等事宜，大堂另外一個戴眼鏡的有點年紀的阿姨也是各種摳餿，各項水平均低於三鑽酒店水準，服務還不及品牌連鎖的漢庭如家這種兩星。

房間還不錯，衞生也可以，空間比較大，性價比很高，早餐與價格相比也算不錯了，周邊的風景很好，出門就是虞山公園，多走幾百米就是通江路和老街！

常熟棲悦酒店，位置好。酒店附近有公交站，酒店對面就是虞山公園，酒店門口有家肯德基，附近麪館有好幾家。整個酒店乾淨衞生，前台工作人員服務態度超級好，保潔阿姨打掃客房很認真，早餐雖説是簡餐，但是品種也很齊全，豆漿牛奶麪包雞蛋都有。這個酒店性價比高。以後來常熟還會選擇這個酒店
