Like the place and the staff there are all very friendly especially a girl call 董臘梅， she has the passion to work in the hospitality industry and my parent felt happy with her too!! Great job

Nice serene area. Hotel is well maintained. Aircon is not switched on all the time as the weather now is hot and cold (temperature can vary drastically). Room becomes a little stuffy as there is no circulation in the room. Will recommend this hotel though!!! friendly staff :)

The room was great, the hotel buffet breakfast was delicious, I have stayed in many 5-star hotels, this is one of the top three in terms of value for money! There is also a swimming pool, tea, and even the hair dryer is from Lifen. If you come to Changshu, you must stay at this hotel. Miss Bao at the front desk is super considerate!
