Its kinda near the concert venue,good Loc.👍👍👍friendly staff 👍👍👍

We originally booked to stay in a standard room but were upgraded due to an issue with the water draining in the bathroom. The staff were polite and friendly and we really appreciated the upgrade. Both rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. The location is outside the centre but we were aware of that when we booked, and did not have any problems using public transport.

The staff are friendly and the service is good I highly recommend this hotel with new and well-equipped facilities The bathroom, shower, and sink are separated I really like the styler facilities

The hotel room feels quite new, with ample lighting and complete basic equipment. The wash basin is located outside the bathroom, right next to the bed. Whether it's good or bad depends on personal preference, but we think it's okay. The only drawback in the room is that there is no separate door between the bathtub and the toilet. Water will splash outside when taking a shower, which is slightly inconvenient. On the other hand, the hotel's location is slightly remote, and it takes at least 20 to 30 minutes to go to any scenic spot. It is also a little far away from the subway station. It takes at least 15 minutes to walk. However, it is very close to the bus station. It takes about 2 minutes to walk to the bus station, and it takes about 5 minutes to take the No. 6 bus to the subway station (it is highly recommended to buy the Climate Travel Card, which can save you a lot of money). 

This is the hotel with a relatively good environment that I have stayed in in Korea. It is really good, the attitude is also very good, it has its own parking lot, it is very convenient to travel, the charging equipment is particularly complete, very considerate, very humane, I will choose this hotel next time I go to Korea

There is a limit on the number of people per room, so I booked 2 rooms and visited~ The reservation confirmation I showed said there were 2 rooms, but the staff told me that I only booked 1 and that 1 was canceled and told me to wait. I couldn't connect to the customer service center, so I waited.. They told me to ask them too. I waited in the lobby with my parents, and as they said, I took them to the room they said was still alive, and waited for the confirmation of the remaining rooms. I think I waited for 20 minutes in the lobby.. After checking the whole story, it turned out that I had booked 2 rooms, and the reservation information from Trip.com was not properly conveyed from staff to staff. It was annoying that they kept telling me to check again as if I had made a mistake. I didn't touch anything after payment, and I paid the amount equivalent to 2, and I showed them the reservation confirmation, but what do you want me to do?? I had high expectations because it was a new place, but I was disappointed from the moment I checked in. The name is hotel, but the service seems to be at the level of a motel.

I always use this service when I visit Korea. The staff are all very kind ^_^ There are many restaurants nearby, as well as supermarkets and convenience stores The TV is also large, so it's easy to watch Netflix and YouTube, which is great!

The subway station was a bit far, but it was close to the bus stop so it was okay.

The hotel is not in the city center, but it is very convenient to change to the bus by subway. The price is affordable. It is a bit inconvenient that there is no breakfast.

It was clean and the TV was big so I could watch YouTube. It was great!

The air conditioner in the room is noisy and the front desk service attitude is poor

There are so many flies in the room... When I first checked in, there were about 5 flies flying around... I caught about 4... I don't know where it came from...the bathroom was also very small. However, the TV screen is large and it is easy to relax while watching Netflix. It was great! It's too narrow to come with a lover. A little like that. I think it would be okay if you are alone or need to stay for a short time🥸

The bedding is clean and I am satisfied with everything.

It's clean and nice, but it smells a bit like a sewer.
