Fantastic place to stay in Zermatt, located in the middle of the village quite convenient to the Glacier Paradjse and Gornegratt access points. Rooms are spacious, new and very clean. Highly recommend especially with their included breakfast with includes views of the Matterhorn! Would be even greater if kettles or a shuttle service from the main station was available.

Overall experiences was great, the check in and check out process was efficient. The breakfast was great too.

Dirty

The room is clean and relatively large with a balcony. The location is great, only 200 to 300 meters from the train station and within walking distance. It is also very close to Central Street, just outside the door. The breakfast is average, not many varieties

The hotel has large rooms and is relatively new. But the hardware facilities are not very good. There is really nothing to eat at breakfast, and there is no gym or swimming pool. The service attitude is OK. The facilities and breakfast are the flaws.

First of all, it is hard to find, but the location is not along the street, and the hotel has also tried to make a big billboard. Then the room is small, which directly makes it difficult for the waiters to do the cleaning. For example, the vacuum cleaner cannot be pulled in to suck or the bed sheets cannot be shaken open, so they are sloppy. The light is dim, so you can't see the hair. Finally, the breakfast content is OK, and you can sit anywhere.

I took my kids to ski. This hotel is close to the main street, but not easy to find. It's in a small alley behind the main street. I arrived at the hotel at night and asked several people but no one knew where it was. I searched for a long time in the snow and ice before I found it. Fortunately, the town is safe. When I entered the hotel, the room key was left in an envelope at the front desk. The entire hotel facility is new and clean. The room is also very comfortable and the breakfast is very rich. I walked out the next day and realized that the hotel is still in the center. But it is still a distance from the ski lift, so I need to take a taxi. It takes less than ten minutes to get there. It's interesting to choose a taxi in the town when I don't know the direction for the first time.

The location is convenient, close to the station, ski resort and main street, and the price-performance ratio is high. The breakfast is average, with too few varieties, even vegetables, but the scenery is nice

The location was good, good for going to Glacier Paradise and for taking the Gornergrat Railway. I wish the restaurant section had been a bit better. That's why I gave it a 4 for service. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. I would definitely cook here again.
