it's a good hotel, the service was good the rooms are also nice and cleaned. Had a pleasant stay.

Such a beautiful hotel, full of excitement, such as restaurants and scenic spots, is located in the center of Kuantan. The room is very comfortable, with a clear TV, refrigerator and good air conditioning. The most important thing is that it is worth it and the price is reasonable.

The first room have only a blower not aircond... second one good .pls change the aircond.. nextime..linen also..change into a new one..

The location in the city centre. Nice and clean. We had a good time here. Close to eatery also. The hotel provide iron inside the room without need to request.

Can do lah. Just an ordinary 2 star hotel . I think the management employed very few staff and We don't see any security guards around. Parking space very limited for hotel guests and no security guard to ensure parking space are not occupied by outsiders.. I don't see the wash room around at the lobby and front dest staff hardly smile to their value customers. Last but not least our stayed were ok but the hotel is lacking of staff to welcome the customers. You should emulate your nearby hotel like Shahzan hotel and etc.

Our room have issue with the water heater and iron but they fixed fastly come to fix the problem..unfortunetly water heater cannot be fix on time but its ok as they try to solve the issue..need to change new unit...

Had an event at the city centre which is very convenient for me to choose this hotel. Strategic location in the city centre and have a limited parking space. Plenty of eatery nearby within walking distance. Police Station nearby make me very comfortable to park at the location provided eventhough it is bit hidden to the main road.

Plus point got dedicated parking lot, iron & fridge in the room. However, air conditioning quite old. Set the ac at 16 degree but room not cold, maybe due to ac position facing the cupboard rather than the bed? Also air vent in the shower leaking smoke all the way (non-smoking room)

The King sized bed was really big and comfy. The channel on the TV was the thing I like the most. Got so many channels. The shower gel I think was quite small and wasn't enough. It also doesn't feel like soap, doesn't bubbly. Felt like you used aloe vera gel on your body.
