This time, the experience of staying at Beichen Guohui Hotel was very good. Xiao Zhou at the front desk upgraded us to a high-floor river view room. The night view was superb and we could see the Xiangjiang River light show. Here, I would like to thank Manager Li. When we checked in, Changsha was about 30 degrees. At first, the room could only be heated. After hearing our needs, the hotel manager, Manager Li, immediately went to coordinate and gave several solutions. He also adjusted the air conditioning problem and took the initiative to go to the room to help us test the air conditioning in person. The service attitude was very good and really helped us solve the problem. It is really the hotel with the best service and facilities I have stayed in recently~
In terms of facilities and geographical location, the hotel is in a good location, not far from anywhere, and it is not as noisy and congested as May Day Square. The hotel has only been open for a few years and the facilities are very new. If I have the opportunity to come to Changsha next time, I will choose this hotel again.

Great value for what you stayed - the reception upgraded the room for us. Plus they have the delivery robot in the hotel that is so cool.
Dingding is very helpful.
The gym needs to renovate as it looks different from what it’s shown in the pictures. The reception told me they changed it out of the safety as some customers doesn’t know how to use it and hurt themselves. (P.s. that’s silly innt)

My wife came to Changsha on the weekend and chose this hotel. The main advantage is that you can pick up and drop off at Changsha South Railway Station, which has maglev trains to the airport and Line 2 to major attractions. It's very convenient.

First of all, I would like to thank Chen Chen at the front desk for guiding me to check in. The check-in was quite pleasant and the business was proficient, but the overall experience was not good.
Facilities: The doors of the bathrooms all open from the outside to the inside. The basic design logic is not clear? ?
The shower head on the top of the shower room is shocking. It is broken. The impact of the water coming out scared me! It is better not to install it.
Sanitation: The dust on the wall beside the bed is shocking and visible to the naked eye. Is it difficult to clean it up when cleaning? ? ?
Environment: The sound insulation of the hotel is extremely poor. The sound of the elementary school is very noisy in the morning, which makes people very frustrated. Below is a video I recorded with the window closed to listen to how exaggerated it is.
I hope the hotel will make timely rectifications!

How should I put it? When I checked in, I asked not to be given the last room or a slightly quieter one, as I am sensitive to noise. Then I was given the second-to-last room facing the street, which was too noisy for me. I changed the room the next day, to the side that was not facing the street, but it was given the room next to the elevator fire extinguisher, and all kinds of noises outside were clearly heard. Damn, I just want to say that it can't meet my needs no matter what.
Another point is that the hotel is large, but the restaurant is very small, and it is too crowded in the morning.
The room type on the first day was not bad, but the room next to the elevator entrance on the second day was not good.

AAndreas KarlNo complaints. The room was pretty compact, but I can't say I didn't have enough space. The layout makes it work. The bathroom is a tight fit, though. Didn't really make use of the hotel's amenities, but I checked them out, and they seemed to be as advertised. The location was pretty good; not super close to anything, but also not particularly far. Staff are welcoming and enthusiastic. Honestly, at the price point, it's actually a bit of a steal.

TTravelfreeAlthough hard to find initially, this hotel was adequate for my needs over two nights.
The hotel is located conveniently near to a few subway lines and shopping malls, but that's about it. There's not much to do around the area, most tourist sites or worthwhile restaurants are about 3kms away or further and need a taxi ride/subway ride.
The hotel itself feels pretty clean and modern, my friends rooms felt quite clean and modern but my room was old, dirty and weirdly designed. I think it was a family room previously and instead of doing any real renovations or decorations they just removed the extra bed. Some of the walls have childrens drawing on then in pencil, others are just filthy. The space of the room is massive but there is only one small table and chair. My friends who paid less or the same had two chairs or even a sofa. My room felt weird overall.
Breakfast was standard, I'd recommend the noodles made to order over the premade buffet.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Overall my stay was good, but I really really hope they do something about the room I stayed in....

TThevenGreat place to stay, not noisy. The room was clean, beds were comfy, but unfortunately AC wasn't working, only heater was working during winter (some hotels disable the cooling part of AC, and your room can get quite hot and stuffy without it). For the first night, they moved me to another room temporarily as the room reached 28C. The following days they provided me a portable fan and that worked well enough actually (room dropped to around 18-20C with the heater turned off). Their service was quick and great, so can't complain about that.
The room was great, it had a big projector, and everything can be voice controlled or using the switches by the bed. The internet speed was good enough to stream and cast stuff to the screen. They provided drinking water, toiletries, some tea and an electric kettle. They also had a gym (must go to the lobby and ask them to tap Level 2 Gym floor for you) and free laundry and dryers (must be booked through WeChat/Weixin as it's not self service). The hotel was also walkable to some stores as well! The train station was also 5 mins away from the hotel, so that made things super convenient.

CCameo19I stayed for 3 nights over Christmas at the W Hotel and it went above and beyond all expectations! From the sleek, modern design to the impeccably clean facilities.
It felt very festive as windows and tables were adorned with delightful Christmas decorations, the highlight was the lovely pink tree on the first floor, it was super cute!
The entire staff's commitment to ensuring my stay was exceptional deserves high praise. They catered to every need with a level of care and attentiveness that exceeded all expectations. Day 1: Lovely plate of fruit. Day 2: Cute knitted pouch with candy. Day 3: Xmas-plate of fruit and chocolate log.
Plus a big shout out to Eric, who was super attentive and assisted in organising my Christmas Eve afternoon tea and the delicious 5-course Christmas Day meal. (It was pricey at 1288, but included the regular buffet, and a gorgeous red basket with gifts plus an oversized bag! So was worth it.)
The bar/chill out area seems to be the hangout place.
The energetic atmosphere on Christmas Eve was super cool. There was a runway showcasing several models and a cool DJ. It added an exciting vibe to the festivities, making the evening memorable.
Furthermore, the huge swimming pool and changing room facilities felt luxurious, only thing missing was a jacuzzi, although sauna and steam room were great.
Additional info: hotel is connected to the mall, line 2 metro is accessible via the mall which made is super convenient to travel around the city.
Definitely recommend staying here!

First, for a location very close to the subway (chaoyangcun), take exit 5 or 9.
Second, the check in process was very fast and professional.
Third, the bed and all amenities are in good condition and clean, even the pillows are provided in 2 types, medium hard and soft.
Next to the hotel entrance there is a very delicious and cheap place to eat.

We checked the guide and found this high-end hotel with a good atmosphere. It was really a good place. It was also very close to May Day Square. It was right outside the subway station. 💟Room: 58th floor high-altitude river view room. The design is so strong. 👍 The view is really amazing. You can also take pictures of the sunset. It is right next to the Ruicheng Test Center, the location is very convenient, and the service is also very good. I chose this hotel for the exam this time and it was really a good experience. It is also very friendly to bring children. There are robots that can deliver takeout. The bed and quilt are very wide. The room price is affordable and just meets my reimbursement standard. The staff is also very kind. There is a self-service laundry room on the first floor. The beautiful lady in the front hall saw that I brought two children to check in and arranged a free pick-up station for us. Thank you very much for their thoughtful service.
