The location of the hotel was great and was very close to the underground station. The staffs were very welcoming, friendly, sweet, helpful and efficient. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfy too!!! Definitely recommend it!

Very convenient location and close to the train station. As promised, you have staff by the counter 24/7 and are fast to attend to your needs if any. There is also laundry room and a common area for you to relax and wind down if you are waiting for your room or before leaving while waiting to go to the airport. They also gave us a free upgrade to our room.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the hotel itself was charming and stylish. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Only the things is bad it’s too noisy due to renovations is on going next to the building.

Room was super quirky.. but was quite dark so be mindful if you are booking. Bed was super comfy and the projector and bath was an added touch. Even though it was non smoking room we could smell smoke at times just be aware.

Very good for its price. Spacious and clean. Comparable to a 5 stars hotel. The toilet seat are advance same as those in Japan but more advance. Fully automated watching movies inside the room is like watching a movie in the cinema. The cons is the fridge, warmer than the room. 😅. No coffee or tea amenities

Hotel is nice and location is convenient. I booked the loft and the room is quite big. Highly recommend!

Hotel was in a good location close to metro station and the hotel offers good information to help you find the best elevator for access. The staff didn’t speak English at the front desk but happy to use translation tools. Free water and tea in the lobby for guests. The room was good and what we expected. We were in the smaller loft and it was comfortable with cool aesthetic. I had a glimpse at the larger loft room and for additional comfort I would recommend to book that room if it’s available.

Place was OK for the price. Room is renovated. But hotel could be hard to find. Surroundings not as class. Walls and doors not really sound proofed.

Room was true to picture with 2 toilets for the double suite room, staffs were friendly and helpful with any questions we had and also helped bring our luggage while showing us to our room. Great experience and would recommend to those looking to stay near Wuyi square (one station away by metro). Only downside would be the pick up location for Didi as the drivers tend to stop at different place as they don't want to make a huge turn into the lane to pick us up.

It was a good hotel but hard to find and the room was a bit dark

The place was clean and the acess to Wuyi square and other places. The staff was also nice! Would stay here again
