room was comfortable: excellent bed, washroom plumbing, lighting fixtures. included are hair dryer, kettle, flat iron with board, tea, coffee, bottled water, slippers, TV. air conditioning was excellent in our room. included breakfast was quite good, with mostly asian but some western food elements. coffee machine was consistently serving warm coffee, not hot. some drink carafes were not identified. orange juice was terrible, not natural tasting. noodle soup station was great! person at breakfast entrance had a sour unhappy look, but lady cleaning tables was always smiling and cheerful. in general staff was very helpful, we appreciated that. overall, i would definitely recommend this hotel, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice, clean and still relative new hotel. Can still smell a tinge of the newly furbished room. Fortunately, we checked in very late so it was very quiet at night. But in the morning, can hear some slight noises like the sound of neighbour showering and some loud talking in the distance. Many electrical plug points in the room. Breakfast is just ok, mostly carbs and very little protein dishes. Love the beef noodle and fried rice is quite tasty. Overall a good overnight stay for us to catch a high speed train the next day. Great that it offers free limo service to train station.

Personally, I thought the breakfast was delicious. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, so it's convenient to take the bus. It's a bit of a walk from the subway station.

It was a short stay for us. Overall liked the hotel stay. Breakfast arrangement for Vegetarian food can be improved. If English speaking skills of the staff is better, it will help international travelers like us in easy communication. I am the member of IHG Rewards Program, but receptionist said, because I booked in through other website, loyalty / reward points can't be given. I feel reward program should count number of stays in the hotel and may be can reduce some points, but should consider reward points.
