There is no air conditioning in the public areas of the hotel on such a cold day. Not only the hotel lobby but also the restaurant is cold. There is no hot water for washing hands in the public area bathroom. The air conditioning in the room did not work on the first night. I was so cold that I vomited and had diarrhea and fever the next day. I insisted on visiting the attractions and went back to the front desk. First, a technician was sent to repair it and then we changed the room. The second room was obviously much warmer and we could sleep well until we got home. The biggest praise is for the hotel service staff: including the technicians who helped us repair the TV and deliver takeaway on the first night, and helped us repair the air conditioner on the second day, and the lady with glasses at the front desk was very responsible and kept helping us solve the problem of the air conditioner in the room. The hotel is located very close to the Hunan Provincial Museum, there is a shopping mall around it, and there are many Cha Yan Yue Se stores nearby. The breakfast is really not delicious.

Satisfied, the twin beds are very comfortable for children, and the breakfast buffet is also comfortable. The hotel opened in 24 years, and the facilities are updated. I drove by myself, so I am not very sensitive to the distance. The hotel is 8 kilometers and 20 minutes away from the commercial street in Furong District in the city center. There are also parking spaces around the commercial district. Changsha is very friendly to temporary parking. Knowing that we are here for tourism and consumption, it provides a very relaxed environment. When leaving the hotel, Xiao Mo at the front desk will ask about the experience of the accommodation and hope to add his name to the evaluation. Changsha is a city where you can't finish eating stinky tofu and drinking Cha Yan Yue Se. Haha, come again next time~

Very satisfied stay experience, the lobby is very comfortable, the check-in is fast, the room is very clean, the room is fully equipped, the bed is very comfortable, the breakfast is also very good, especially the Liuyang rice noodles are very special, there is free parking, the front desk Emma service is warm, very intimate. Hotel is about 15 min walk to the south railway station and metro. There really isn’t anything around the hotel to eat or anything besides heading to the railway station. It is away from the city centre. Rooms were spacious and decently cleaned. We had a theme room but the theme mats in the room were not cleaned other than that it was ok. Washroom was a bit small hard to navigate when you have small children coming in and out of the shower. Breakfast was good had good choices. Would stay again but maybe not in a theme room.

A new hotel located about 5km from Changsha South High Speed Rail Station, easily mixed up with another Holiday Inn Express located at the station. Facilities are new and good, although the room lacked a safe. The reception was very friendly. On day of departure, they were able to suggest different alternatives to get to my desired location in a timely manner. Overall a hugely positive experience.
