The first time I came to Changsha to live in Berman, the room was very clean and tidy, really good! The front desk lady is very good, very warm, there is a faint fragrance on the floor, very good smell, not pungent! Like lychee fragrance! The overall environment of the hotel is good! Really good, I recommend everyone to come and experience!

I didn’t have high expectations for the hotel when I made the reservation at first, until I checked in and it was really cost-effective. Service: There is a boy at the front desk who has a very good service attitude. He helped us upgrade our room type for free, and he also said hello every time we met. Overall it's very good. I will stay here again next time I go to Changsha.

首先説結論，酒店服務挺好的，我不滿的是攜程！ 我是一家三口，有一個5歲的小朋友。之前定的另外酒店，定完後，過了一陣子攜程來電話了，説原酒店沒房了，換成這個酒店。還説升級了房間，差價攜程承擔。當時在景區遊玩沒在意，還想着攜程很人性化。 當11點回到酒店才發現這個所謂的升級的房間是一個麻將房，滿屋子的煙味，無法忍受。這個吸煙機器上都顯示污染超過65%，縫隙裏全是灰。 當時聯繫攜程聯繫不上，聯繫酒店，説太晚了，實在沒空房了。真的是有史以來最差的住宿體驗！
