預訂全景落地湖景30平大床房，入住後給安排的是一間10來平的破舊小房間，房間設施陳舊，連行李箱都沒地方擺放，跟預訂嚴重不符。用小房間冒充30平大床房，欺騙消費者。太差了！！！

這家酒店給我留下了深刻的印象，從服務到設施都非常出色。工作人員非常友好和專業，讓我感到賓至如歸。我是朋友邀請到常德來做客的，連續住了好幾天，我的腿腳有點不方便，服務員每天都幫我把衣服拿去洗好、曬乾了又給我送到，前台的的小姐姐也是很耐心、很熱情，給我介紹周邊的吃喝的地方，房間非常舒適，床鋪舒適，讓我每天都睡得很好。而且，酒店地理位置優越，購物和餐飲都非常方便。我會毫不猶豫地向任何前往這個城市的遊客推薦這家酒店。

我是一位六十多歲的奶奶，從外地回來自己的家鄉，朋友推薦的這家酒店，一走進大廳，前台的服務員看我腿腳不怎麼方便，走出來扶我，搬了一張凳子到了一杯熱水，就像自己的孩子一樣，房間很乾凈，床鋪舒適，還配的高枕頭，還給我免費升級了房型，超讚[強]客房的服務員也很熱情，值得推薦的一間酒店[強]位置也很好，還有免費的地下停車場

晚上10點多到的酒店值班小哥熱情的辦理入住並提醒樓層服務不錯入住房間設施齊全除了衞生間拖鞋下有點積水悶着有異味我就把洗澡的水對着沖下味道就散了其他衞生都還可以洗澡熱水充足

預訂的湖畔大床房，前台辦理入住，因平台政策升級為巨幕投影大床。
入住11樓房間，房間設施相對比較老舊，床頭軟包衞生一般，軟包上部射燈處有頭髮殘留，右部有明顯損壞區域。床上QQ企鵝玩偶很可愛，但是衞生有待考究。
中央空調效果很差，體現在風量很小，製冷效果差，設定温度20°，整晚房間温度都在28°左右。最關鍵是空調運轉聲音非常大！！！喜歡安靜的朋友，務必要慎重、慎重、再慎重！
浴室花灑不可上下調節，個子矮的人洗澡估計得取下花灑才能洗。不過水温稍微調節一下還是比較舒適。
至於巨幕投影，仁者見仁，智者見智吧。
前台服務還是很有禮貌，入住和退房都是有相應提示。
