因為離出差的地方比較近所以選擇了這家酒店。星級的標準服務還是沒讓人失望。辦理入住的服務員VLL熱情大方不僅給我升級了房型還送了小禮品。入住房間後還送有入住水果。現代的簡約風格也十分不錯，並且酒店還提供送洗衣服服務。服務十分周到。早餐品種也挺多。來常德怎麼不試一下常德米粉呢？味道槓槓好。[強][強][強]服務態度：五星 環境：五星 早餐：五星

房間整潔衞生，設施很符合人性化，打掃的阿姨人很好，清潔也很乾凈，接待的小楊和小向服務耐心熱情 ，有問題都及時處理了。
