Quality Inn Chandler I-10

Worst ever!! When we arrived at yhe hotel we were i formed that payment was declined on trip.com end. We would have to call them and figure it out. The lobby was filthy. Celing tiles were loose and in danger of coming down in the breakfast area. Couldn't find a phone number for trip.com, and when I finally did they said they would call back in 15 minutes. Since it was early evening on a Saturday with a large event happening., we were worried we couldn't find a room so we found another hotel that had availability. Trip.com called back and said our reservation was confirmed after the fact. I informed the gentleman that we wouldn't stay in a place that was on such poor condition and would like a refund. Of course the answer was they couldn't do it because it was a non refundable reservation. Their offer was $66 in trip coins for a $370 reservation! I asked him if he would allow his family to stay there and he said no. But yet I was expected to stay!! I hope your company can be more upstanding than what I have experienced so far . Maybe sending someone to these hotels to check the quality before allowing guests to make reservations there would be a good idea! Since the majority of your customers have never been to these hotels we rely on your services to give us decent quality because we have to go in sight unseen. WE PUT OUR TRUST IN YOU AND I FEEL CHEATED!

Toilet cloged all night had to go to the front desk to get the plunger and plunge it myself, there was no bathroom exhaust fan, police presant inside and outside all night, carpets were so dirty we had to put towels down to walk. Just a really bad over all experience.

Hot room and gave my key to a stranger After checking in and getting into my room, the ac was not working well in. I decided to take a shower and give it some time to cool off, as I’m getting in my door opened. They gave another guest my room as well. I yelled and he quickly closed the door. But dang! I had just checked in and they gave out a key to my room! Could have been really bad situation. The room never cooled off. I talked to the maintenance and they just said give it time. I was trying to escape the heat but it did not work. I ended up just going home.

Front desk staff were very rude and unwelcoming during both check in and check out. Neither said hello or acknowledge anyone waiting to check in.

Whats unique about the property is the breakfast in the morning, great selection for an morning person. Also parking is simple and great 360 around the building.

I arrived before Check-in which was at 3P. and they allowed me to check in a little early And which I was grateful for and appreciative. I paid A fee Due to my work The next night In order to get back to my job I asked what the cost would be And I was told I would only be charged for 1 night. After checking my bank account, they had a total of 500 and some odd dollars on hold.When everything cleared in my account.Today they took a total of a 2 night.Stay plus additional fees of 2.98 2 time's I have made several attempts to call them to find out why I was charged.The entire amount and what the two ninety eight v's were for I have not Been able to speak to anyone regarding this matter.I would not recommend anyone to stay here
