"Worst ever!! When we arrived at yhe hotel we were i formed that payment was declined on trip.com end. We would have to call them and figure it out. The lobby was filthy. Celing tiles were loose and in danger of coming down in the breakfast area. Couldn't find a phone number for trip.com, and when I finally did they said they would call back in 15 minutes. Since it was early evening on a Saturday with a large event happening., we were worried we couldn't find a room so we found another hotel that had availability. Trip.com called back and said our reservation was confirmed after the fact. I informed the gentleman that we wouldn't stay in a place that was on such poor condition and would like a refund. Of course the answer was they couldn't do it because it was a non refundable reservation. Their offer was $66 in trip coins for a $370 reservation! I asked him if he would allow his family to stay there and he said no. But yet I was expected to stay!! I hope your company can be more upstanding than what I have experienced so far . Maybe sending someone to these hotels to check the quality before allowing guests to make reservations there would be a good idea! Since the majority of your customers have never been to these hotels we rely on your services to give us decent quality because we have to go in sight unseen. WE PUT OUR TRUST IN YOU AND I FEEL CHEATED!"

"I think the location was great, quiet area but still close enough to places to shop and eat. Very friendly staff and very clean room. Throughly enjoyed the stay. While breakfast is very standard, the food lady was such an amazing person and so quick to refill dishes. Would come back again for another stay."

"We came during the Christmas Eve, Christmas Day weekend to visit family in the area. The hotel is clean and located just off the freeway which makes it easy to access. We liked that the breakfast was made complimentary since there is less staff to allow their workers to take the holiday off. It was a nice stay and would be back again"

"Check-in took too long. Lots of noise between floors. Furniture wasn't very stable. It was relatively clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, as they only provided edible items. The oranges were especially delicious. Towels and other items were provided at the reception. Still, I had a good five-night stay. The Wi-Fi only worked on the first day, but it wasn't."
