I booked this hotel because of the location. Location was good but will never stay here again due to dirty rooms. Floors were not cleaned & had food crumbs all over the floors. Fridge had a milkyway chocolate that someone left behind & even notes by the TV stand. Microwave was a complete mess that looked like a horror movie. Bath tub had paint stains all over. Constant noise outside throughout the night. Would not recommend staying here.

It's not a bad place just to get a place to sleep, don't expect anything more than a motel... though, a nice TX BBQ place, Rudy right across...

My Husband and i stayed here for business. The front desk was average but as for the place itself.......the room still had trash in the trash can, there was alot of riff raft along with the slamming of doors all night, the room did not have television channels, and be prepared to bring a blanket because there aren't any comforters on the bed. Everything in Phoenix is way over priced, but this one took the cake by charging hotel prices for motel services.

It seems there are bedbugs in this hotel as I found some sting spots on my body next day. Breakfast was cheapest possible

Very nice and clean! We enjoyed our stay!

I paid for breakfast, but I ended up making coffee for breakfast. The room that didn't have breakfast was also used as a utility room, and my name was taped on. It feels bad. The sanitary conditions are also relatively poor. Some rooms are under renovation.
