DISGUSTING PM FRONT DESK STAFF 11/13/2025 I called at 8:00PM and spoke to a male representative at the front desk. Without even trying to help, he would just transfer my call to CRS and then every time I would call back he would just put my phone call on hold then send it back to CRS. After trying numerous times to speak someone on property instead of just being on hold and being transferred to CRS. His female front desk colleague picked up but she wasn’t any help and not willing to help. When I asked whom I’m speaking with for reference she just said UMM ILL GET YOU TO RESERVATIONS. It’s sad to see a franchise hotel with this type of staff that’s unprofessional and uneducated. Send them all home if they don’t want to be there and help. I will write to Corp about this nasty encounter 1-888-4HONORS

We enjoyed our stay. Parking was easy and accessible and the room was very comfortable. We also enjoyed a hamburger in the lounge area in the evening.

Hotel is great regarding how nice it is. We had to get a hotel bc our air conditioner went out. We checked in around 1am. The girl at the desk was friendly with quick check in. She had told us that she would put the date as August 2nd and check out August 3rd. Our keys weren’t working to get back into the room. My husband went down to speak to the front desk. They said we had to check out because they have us for August 1st to August 2nd. We have an email showing our stay is from August 2nd to August 3rd. The front desk said there’s nothing they can do because we booked through *******. We had to pay for another night because our air conditioner is not fixed yet. We spoke to ******* and they called the front desk. They are not willing to refund even though the email states August 2nd-3rd. ******* escalated the issue and will look into more.
