All are good for this hotel with resort feel facilities. My room at 421 was great but the wifi coverage was bad. My conference call cut off time to time during my call. The room was great with clean toilet and comfy bed. Breakfast was great and service was excellent by the staffs here.

Love the location, the entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional! Clearly flows down from the very friendly management as well! Looking for a great bargain and great accommodations in the Phoenix area? You won’t be disappointed here…well worth staying here at the Crowne Plaza!

I am a 47-year-old blind woman who is going through a ridiculously difficult time in my life. I have always enjoyed the pool passes from this hotel, and I have stayed here once before with my husband at the time, but I have literally never stayed in a hotel room by myself before. The staff here feels more like family than my actual family and I've only been here for a couple days. Every time I call and ask a question or I find my way to the front desk for some assistance, they go above and beyond to help me! I don't feel like I'm staying alone in a hotel room, I feel like I have a really nice bedroom suite that I get to retreat to When I need to calm and quiet. If they would offer monthly rates that I could afford, I would literally live here.

My husband and I lived Chandler for twenty years but moved to the northwest valley. Whenever we visit Chandler, we stay at this hotel. It is upscale. I like the relaxing lobby where we occasionally get an after dinner drink. The hotel is conveniently located near the restaurants (and bars) we like in downtown Chandler. There are shops nearby in the walkable downtown.

Great experience. Located in a great area of Chandler AZ. They offer a great breakfast that will not disappoint and affordable. The wait staff is the greatest. Same goes for attending staff from the front desk to the room service staff. Surrounded by lots of great restaurants, shops and Craft Bars. Had a great time. THANKS FOR THE GREAT EXPERIENCE!
