We stayed here for 4 nights and it was quiet, Location was perfect for getting on and off the expressway. I was happy with the room, it was clean, and met our needs really well.

🚨 BED BUG WARNING – HOMEWOOD SUITES CHANDLER 🚨 DO NOT STAY HERE. I stayed at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Chandler, AZ from June 26–29, 2023 while doing training at Aspen Dental down the street. On my last night, I woke up with a bed bug bite on my hand, pulled back the sheets, and found blood spots on the bare mattress. I reported it immediately to the front desk. They brushed me off, didn’t move me, didn’t inspect properly, and didn’t use mattress encasements. They acted like nothing happened. That “nothing” turned into TWO YEARS OF HELL in my own home. Bed bugs don’t just ruin your night — they follow you home. I’ve lost thousands of dollars, spent countless hours cleaning and treating, and even now I’m still living with the fallout. And here’s what makes me furious: I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE. Just read other reviews for this same property: • Sarin T. (4 years ago): “BED BUG ALERT – live verified bed bug in box spring. Hotel refused liability.” • Joseph B. (4 years ago): “BED BUG ALERT – woke up with 10+ bites. Hotel barely scanned the room and said it was fine.” Now add my experience in 2023: SAME HOTEL. SAME BED BUGS. SAME COVER-UP. This is a pattern of negligence, not a one-off. And shame on Aspen Dental for putting their people in this dump instead of protecting them. If you value your health, sanity, and your home: DO NOT STAY HERE. EVER.

This location served it's purpose. They are updating the AC in their rooms so my first one had a realy loud floor unit. I informed the front desk and they had me in a colder and quieter room in less than 30 minutes! So customer service was excellent during my stay.
The only complaints I have are
1. The trash needs to be emptied more frequently as there was always a smell of trash in the hallways of the second and third floors.
2. The cooking items aren't uniform in each room.
