DISGUSTING put me in a room where sheets had not been changed. Huge yellow spots on sheets, long black human hair everywhere around pillows, clearly visible and sheets not tucked in but comforter/ bed was made but the Sheets were DIRTY, UNCHANGED, DISGUSTING. Vacuuming was only done minimally as you could see the thick line of dirt all against the walls that was not vacuumed up.
Who knows what else they skimp on as far as being sanitary & clean. Front desk changed my room but didn't offer me any credits or anything for inconvenience. I would have demanded a refund but it was late and I had already had to repack and unpack and switch rooms once
Never will I stat at a wingate again - especially this one!

The rooms are a little dirty, especially the toilet, and there's dust on the furniture.
Another issue is that no one speaks Spanish, and it takes too long to return the deposit they charge per room.

We stayed on the second floor and as we walked out the elevator it had a very bad smell. The room smelled the same and we end up with bug bites.

Everything was perfect condition interior as well as exterior room was perfect as always there was a very mild odor but otherwise accommodations were great. Everything was working as expected bathroom highly appreciated cause I’ve worked in the hospitality industry and the first couple of spots I check is the bathrooms and the bed lien’s.

We were very pleased. The lady helping with breakfast was very friendly and helpful. There were a few physical improvements that could be done but that didn’t bother us. The staff was very nice.

Great location lots of food and stores near by. Staff was great and very helpful. BUT the hotel it self needs an upgrade for sure. From peep holes missing on doors to stained floors, chairs in the rooms.

This is my second time staying here and I am positive I will be back for a third time if I ever travel to the Phoenix area! I was in town for a coaches clinic at ASU, my colleague and I enjoyed the stay and got a goods night rest! Only thing is I have not received the incidental fee back I’m sure it’s a business day thing it’s still pending on my bank hoping it’ll be back Monday or sometime during the week. Thank you again for a great stay, I surely hope to be back soon!
