I stayed at the Best Western Inn of Chandler for a couple of nights and was pleasantly surprised. It’s a simple place, nothing fancy, but it’s clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The staff were friendly and check-in was quick and easy. The room had everything I needed: good Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, and working AC. If you’re just looking for a nice, quiet spot to rest without paying for a bunch of extras you don’t need, this place does the job really well. I’d definitely stay here again.

KUDOs. Breakfast area clean and accessible despite its small size. Large bathroom and large shower. Rooms are entered from outside the building; very convenient. CHALLENGEs. FRONT LOBBY is closed during the night until 0630a when breakfast is served. At 1030p, while standing outside at the Night Window, the person informed me of the hours. I have NEVER seen a Best Western close its front office doors. SHOWER is huge (4'x7') with a bench at one end. The bench cannot be used during bathing because the shower cord isn't long enough and the water pressure not strong enough to reach it. Additionally, even if those two things were present, the handheld shower is not removable; it is screwed into the pipe. SMALL ROOM (smallest ever in a Best Western hotel), about 3 times larger than the shower. There was no space to repack our luggage without cluttering the floor and making it impassable. We placed our luggage on the side tables.

This property is "hidden" behind a McDonalds and is very difficult to find. Signage is small under the curb McDonalds sign.

This Hotel is very clean. As you walk inside that is the first thing I noticed. I was praying that the inside of the hotel room was just as clean. It was very clean.
So far all the best westerns I have been in, are very clean.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We asked for a room change and they took care of us. Room was clean with microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Breakfast was good also. Be aware that some rooms are connected to each other, so if you don't like those (we don't), make sure you tell them that when checking in. Overall a good stay.

Amazing price for what it offers. In a great area if you like bbq and the options a mall has in walking distance. The pool is a good size for the price. Would deff stay again if you enjoy malls and food options. Very happy with the experience.

Low expectations. Overpriced but the rooms were cleaner than the supposedly better Hilton down the street. I could not sleep at the other hotel because of the noise from the bar across the hotel. This one had a McDonalds but I asked to be on the other side and it was perfectly fine. The walls are thin. I could hear the TV in the room next door and I'm not sure why the have the TVs in the other room behind the bed of your room. That's a problem. I was there for 2 nights but the neighbor wasn't making much noise other than that. I would stay here again.

The room was old and bordering on shabby. Furniture was thrift store quality. Carpet wasn't much better. Breakfast was regular faire, but nothing to write home about. For the quality -- $175 -- price was too much. I would NOT stay at this particular Best Western again.
