TownePlace Suites Phoenix Chandler/Fashion Center

I was initially hesitant to stay at TownePlace Suites Chandler-Fashion Center due to the notice on the website about ongoing renovations. Wanting to ensure a comfortable stay, I called ahead and spoke with Alexandra Burnes, the front desk associate. She was incredibly reassuring and transparent, letting me know that while the hotel was under construction, she would do everything possible to make sure our experience was still enjoyable. I had booked a king suite, but to help ensure a peaceful and relaxing stay for me and my fiancée, Alexandra went above and beyond by upgrading us to a one-bedroom suite. The extra space and quiet environment made all the difference—we truly appreciated her attentiveness and thoughtful gesture. I also want to recognize April Griffin, the sales agent, whose warm and welcoming attitude made us feel right at home. Both Alexandra and April showed exceptional hospitality, and because of them, we will absolutely be returning to this location in the future. A heartfelt thank you to Alexandra and April for making our stay so memorable!

We were disappointed with our recent stay at TownePlace Suites Chandler in the last week of December 2024 ( Two Nights). As a Lifetime Titanium Elite member, I had high expectations with the hotel based on the hotel's location and reviews, and I specifically chose this property over other Marriott options in the area. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. After an exhausting 8+ hour drive, my family and I arrived at the hotel around 8:30 PM - 9:00 PM. We were eager to check into our room quickly, but we encountered an immediate inconvenience. There was only one luggage trolley available for the entire hotel, and we had to wait 30 minutes for other guest to return it to the lobby (Per Hotel Staff they only had one trolley . Upon entering our room, we discovered that both queen beds were in poor condition. The bed near the window made noise with the slightest touch, and both beds were sinking, causing significant discomfort and back pain. Additionally, the bathroom was not clean. There were handprints on the wall and a dirty soap area, which made us feel very uncomfortable using the bath tub area. We reported these issues to the receptionist during checkout and showed them pictures of the bathroom. They provided us GM contact info and asked us to email him, I sent email to GM with pics received no response so finally posted our stay experience here.
