โรงแรมอยู่ที่ตั้งดี โรงแรมสเกลใหญ่ ห้องเยอะ ห้องแต่ละห้องเดินไกลจากกัน มีลิฟท์เพียง 2 จุด ห้องที่จองได้ตึกเก่า ห้องเก่า พื้นเป็นปาร์เต้ สีของตู้เสื้อผ้าลอกหลุดตามพื้น พื้นดูไม่สะอาด มีฝุ่นที่พื้น แต่ที่เซอร์ไพร์กว่าคือเช็คอินเสร็จ รร.แจ้งไฟดับวันพรุ่งนี้ตอน 9.00โมงเช้า-4โมงเย็น ซึ่งเป็นช่วงกำลังพักผ่อนนอนพักไม่ได้เลย ร้อนมากกก มากับเด็กและคนแก่ ทำตัวไม่ถูกเลย รร.มีจัดน้ำแบบ welcome drink และคุกกี้ไว้แค่นั้น เพื่อให้แขกมานั่งรวมๆกัน แต่เรารู้สึกไม่โอเคอะมันร้อนมาก รร.ควรแจ้งลูกค้าก่อนมาถึงหรือหาวิธีแก้ที่ดีกว่านี้ที่ไม่ดับไฟนะคะ

ไม่แย่ที่สุดแต่ก็ไม่ได้ดี(เพราะไม่ได้คาดหวังแต่แรก) เรื่องแรกอาหารเช้าเบคอนเหนียวมาก ฟันดียังกัดแทบไม่ขาด ให้กินเบคอนนิ่มยังดีซะกว่าอีก พยายามคิดว่าคงเป็นสูตรของทางโรงแรม แต่ที่แย่กว่าเบคอนคือห้องกับสระใหญ่ถือว่าไม่สะอาดเลย สระของฝั่งรีเจนซี่ยังโอเคกว่า แต่ห้องควรปรับปรุงหลายจุดโดยเฉพาะประตู terrace เปิดแทบไม่ได้ติดแถมหนักมาก ที่พีคสุดคือเจอตัวอะไรไม่รู้ที่หมอนดีที่แฟนเห็นก่อน ดูจากรูปแล้วพิจารณากันดูนะคะ นี่ก็ทำได้แค่ภาวนาว่ามันคงไม่ใช่แมลงสาป เรียกได้ว่าจำใจนอนสุดๆ
อย่างเดียวที่จะชมคือบรรยากาศในพื้นที่ส่วนกลางโรงแรมคือดี แค่นั้นเลย ไม่ซ้ำจนกว่าจะรีโนเวท
