The location and amenities are superb. Its easy to go around the area. Popular malls all are within walking distance.

Arrived early than check-in time 3pm but managed to get the room although need to ‘persistently’ argue first. Overall appreciate the helps from front desk

The hotel staff are excellent. Friendly and service orientated. The facilities at the hotel is great. Good and varied F&B restaurants. The pool and garden on the 5floor excellent. Great place to relax and chill out. There are many other hotels in the area where the Grand Hyatt is located. The thing that stand out most for the Grand Hyatt is the excellent service and friendly staff. The Grand Hyatt is my first choice of hotel when I am in Jakarta.
