The hotel is located in the very center and is quite spacious, the only downside is that it is poorly ventilated and the towels/bed linen need to be updated. Otherwise, everything is great - a swimming pool, a tennis court, the staff is very friendly and always ready to help!

No extension cord, no adapter for foreigners plug for support, old TV no Netflix no Youtube
About service I have asked for cutlery at the lobby then the concierge staff said should be call 0
I accept to do that coz in that time he was quite busy
After that I was calling to room service (number 0) as the staff told me
One of room service staff guy picked up and told me that this is not for request stuff
Must call number 1
So I said the staff at the lobby told me to do this
So how can I get a cutlery from this hotel?!

I stayed here for a concert. Access to the venue is very good and you can walk there. However, to go anywhere else, even if it's nearby, you have to call a taxi or a motorbike. There is always heavy traffic, so it took about an hour to drive to the nearby mall. I guess it depends on the time of day, but I walked out the next day.
It had the feel of a good old hotel. It was a classic, spacious room. There were some issues due to the old facilities. The water, bath, and shower were all at different temperatures depending on the time. On the last day, the bath was boiling hot and I couldn't take a bath.
The room service staff, housekeeper, front desk, concierge, doorman, everyone was very kind. I had a very pleasant stay.

Closest hotel to Istora Senayan - was there for the Indinesia Masters which a short walk away.
No complaint about the hotel being a fairly old hotel, spacious room , always greeted with a smile
The food from the Room Service can be improved
