Overall it is good and comfort, but regarding service, both the receptionist and house keeping cannot provide solutions when hotel guests have difficulties.

The hot water is not warm enough, the building is old and the room floor is very loose, a bit stuffy, damp and dusty in the garage, hallway, in the room, and the gym. For good service, it's fast... The swimming pool doesn't have much chlorine, it's suitable for those who like to swim, I haven't tried the food but I see a lot of menus
