這家 我是看着離火車站近才訂的 結果並不近 而且要爬山坡 好容易到了説走錯了 同一個名字 但是我的是在更高的山上。。爬了很高的階梯 他們導航不準 多走了一段路 又問人 才找到
女服務生態度很冷漠 房間是類似一個大套間 有很多房間 每個都很小 就是類似小旅館 晚上隔壁人回來晚 在走廊大聲説話 都聽很清楚
早上六點就有人在開門 走動 非常吵
這個位置沒個好體力都爬不上來 離市中心很遠
二樓是另一個套間 有個廚房 廚房裡露台可以看到海 也是唯一亮點 可是早上卻用透明塑料簾遮起來了 應該是怕下雨 但是 其實早上並沒有雨 就很影響觀賞海景
早飯就是蛋糕和三明治 很簡單 叉子都沒洗乾淨 上面殘留着食物 這家真的是 再也不會去了

Insomma..Siamo arrivati e ci hanno mandati via perché la stanza non era ancora pronta .. pur avendo mandato l’orario di arrivo il giorno prima, per il resto la stanza sembrava ok, anche se il phon non funzionava, la colazione ok, la strada per arrivare al mare è troppo stancante da fare a piedi perché per ritornare al b&b è tutta in salita..non saprei dire se ci ritornerei.. ma sicuramente non a piedi😅

Please avoid this at all costs. The rooms are not as the pictures present and the location is very high up a hill and far from the town centre. This is minimised in the description. There is many steps, lots of traffic and busy roads and is unkempt areas. You would need taxis. The surrounding is a residential neighbourhood flats which is unpleasant also. Pay a bit more and stay in the centre. The hosts would not refund despite raising concerns. We literally walked in and left within a minute and booked somewhere else.

Unfortunately, our stay here was very disappointing. The biggest issue was the way the hosts handle laundry. Towels and sheets are apparently washed in their private washing machine at only 30 degrees, which feels unhygienic for guest use. At the same time, they complained about small marks (like a bit of mascara on a towel) and demanded extra money to replace or “deep clean” them. I found it very unpleasant to be confronted in such an unfriendly and arrogant way about something so minor, especially when you are paying guests. The overall atmosphere was not welcoming – the host was unfriendly, did not let us explain our side, and made us feel more like a burden than valued guests. The only positive was the breakfast: it was really sweet and delicious, and I appreciate the effort that went into that. Because of the breakfast I give one star, but otherwise I would never want to stay here again.

NEVER STAY HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY. I made a reservation for two days at this hotel with a prepaid reservation. The next day, they charged me twice for the total amount! If it hadn't been for my complaint, they wouldn't have responded, stating that it was a mistake and that I would be refunded the amount charged improperly. However, when I asked to cancel the entire stay and refund my entire amount and the amount I paid, Mirko, the owner, told me he wouldn't refund anything, only the amount charged in error. He also insulted and threatened me for having asked for a refund and compensation, since, according to him, cancellations aren't free and I had to pay the full amount. Please listen to me and never book here! It's been 21 days, and I still haven't even received a refund for the charge they made in error, and I ended up losing almost $800. The worst hotel and person ever. They don't know how to deal with people.

The property is in an excellent location, all within walking distance to bars, restraints and Cefalu's historic center. Also very close to the beach!
