A nice aparthotel in the city center. We have stayed here several times and always been happy and satisfied. I really don’t know people aren’t satisfied. Close to town, quit area, clean and tidy. If you want a hotel with everything included this is not your place. It’s studios with a small kitchen with everything you need. Easy access with codes. Perfect for us that sometimes arrives outside ordinary check in times and likes to look after us self. Highly recommended!!

I am unsure why these apartments have bad reviews. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and it was fantastic. It was clean, comfortable and had all we needed for a great weekend in Cardiff. Location is fantastic, great communication between who we booked through and urban apartments themselves. Check in/out was easy. Our apartment did have AC it was not fantastic but it definitely kept heat down (we were there over heatwave weekend) I would 100 percent book these again when visiting Cardiff and thank you for a fab stay :)

The studio apartment was quite good, but it was strange to have a clear glass window right next to the bed. The opposite window could not be opened. HOWEVER the real problem was the heat, NO AIR CONDITIONING. In a small room it was quite unacceptable l had to sleep in the corridor. Also the procedure for sending information and checking in was u necessarily complicated. Booked 2 nights but left after 1 sleepless night

There seems to be a trend forming here, see previous two reviews. Woke up this morning to an email saying that our booking made in April for this November had been CANCELLED at 4am, NO APOLOGY OR REASON given. My wife booked this as a birthday treat for the rugby against New Zealand and now having to try and find accommodation at a reasonable price. Mission impossible.

Was due to stay 13th May for 2 nights, received an email today (6th) to say our booking had been cancelled. NO REASON OR APOLOGY. I HAVE A VERY VERY UPSET 7 YR OLD NOW WHO HAS WAITED ,2 YEARS TO SEE DIVERSITY IN CARDIFF AND NOW WE HAVE NO ACCOMMODATION! Cannot speak to anyone and no reply to my emails. Very Upsetting.

Centrally located apartments.Room very small ,not at all like the picture on Website. Had not been cleaned properly .Previous visitor’s rubbish in the bathroom ,not very nice to find !! All the cutlery in the pot on the kitchen top was dirty and neede washing.Bed in strange place so we moved it around.Floor not clean either. Very disappointed,especially after paying an inflated price .

They Cancelled our booking without any reason given. We were due to stay at the accommodation in June for 2 days, but received an email less than 6 weeks before our stay. Terrible. Now having to find alternative (and more expensive) accommodation.
