"I like to book Holiday Inn when I travel because it's usually reliable, although some branches can be a older/more worn out than others, but I expect would be up to standards. Room was comfortable and very spacious. Had a Big screen tv ehich was great to watch the match.The night team went above and beyond to ensure I had a good stay and responded to my request."

"The room size is acceptable, cleaning wise is fine, however, only rooms on M floor is newly renovated, other floors are with old facilities especially the windows were very hard to be fully closed and the air-conditioning not working properly. Day time is very hot and stuffy in the room , luckily night time is cooler."

"I had a lovely stay here. The location is fantastic with lots of things going on all around and most places are a short walk away. The staff were very accommodating and polite. There's not a lift so you do need to walk up stairs. Before arriving, I requested a room on the lowest possible floor to minimise climbing for my mother and the staff were responsive and helpful. The service from Sanjay and Ruth was excellent. The breakfast was yummy and they had vegan-friendly options too! I was worried the room would be a bit small for two people but it was lovely, the shower was great and it was actually quite spacious. I was also impressed with how secure the hotel was and Anne-Marie on the front desk was really pleasant to chat with at any time. I would definitely recommend this place and I would be very happy to stay here again!"

"The room is fantastic. It is clean, large and tidy. Everything was prepared, such as a hair dryer, a water boiler and shampoo. The location is also great. The only sad point is that I had requested a high floor to watch the trains, but the mirror seems to have been stuck with some layers, which blocked the view. Apart from this, everything was good and awesome. I would definitely book again when I travel to Cardiff!🏴👍🏻"

"I had a very good experience staying at Hilton Cardiff. The hotel felt extremely safe and well managed throughout my stay. One thing I noticed is that they are very strict about not allowing visitors after 9 PM. At first, it was a bit disappointing, but honestly, it also made me feel much safer knowing they take security seriously. The service was excellent from beginning to end. The staff were always kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed, which made the whole experience feel very welcoming. My room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. It was also cleaned during my stay, which I really appreciated and added to the overall comfort. The location is another big advantage the hotel is just steps away from Cardiff Castle, making it perfect for exploring the city. It’s also only about a 20 minute walk from Cardiff Central railway station, which made getting there and around very convenient. One morning I decided to try the breakfast buffet, and it was definitely worth it. There were many options to choose from, including pastries, hot food, fruit, and drinks. They also had coffee machines with very good coffee, which made the breakfast experience even better. Another highlight was the bar downstairs it had a great atmosphere and was a really nice place to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cardiff, especially if you value comfort, excellent service, a great location, and above all, feeling safe during your stay."
