Stayed here in May 2023 for one night in a Romantic Quadruple Room. It was quite a newly refurbished room in a centuries-old residence, with modern facilities. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a good view of the surrounding mountains and countryside. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Special mention to Mario, who always served with a smile. I enjoyed my breakfast there as well. However, there’s no free parking. You could park at the big public parking at the foot of the town (hotel provided an all-day parking ticket for €5). Cascia is a small town built on a hill. So the Basilica, shops and eateries are within walking distance from the hotel. Use the lifts and escalators around if you have difficulties walking uphill. I would definitely recommend this place to stay and I would stay here again if I’m back in Cascia.

Personale gentilissimo,colazione ottima(c'erano persino i maritozzi!).Comoda la posizione per raggiungere il Santuario di S.Rita.La camera singola al primo piano era molto graziosa.Invece la matrimoniale a piano terra mi ha delusa per il materasso troppo duro(basterebbe un Topper)e per la presenza di una folta ,pelosa moquette(se si allergici alla polvere,state attenti),nel complesso aveva l'aria vecchiotta.Credo che le camere ai piani superiori siano migliori.

Camere belle. Colazione adatta ad un hotel 2 stelle scarso. Alle 9 mancava già tutto dai succhi al pane agli affettati. Gente in piedi in attesa di sparecchiare i tavolini. Sicuramente una pecca importante per questo hotel.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel il 18 agosto. Accolti all'arrivo da un tuono spaventoso che non lasciava presagire nulla di buono...siamo stati, invece, piacevolmente colpiti da questa struttura che ha superato le nostre aspettative! Camera accogliente e pulita, letti comodi, personale gentilissimo e colazione superlativa. Un saluto dalla Sardegna

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte a Palazzo Franceschini e siamo rimasti davvero colpiti. La posizione è perfetta, proprio nel cuore del centro storico di Cascia, e l’atmosfera del palazzo è unica: elegante, accogliente, curata in ogni dettaglio. Un grazie speciale a Elisa e Giada, che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa fin dal nostro arrivo. Sono state sempre presenti e disponibili, con una gentilezza rara. Ci hanno anche riservato una bellissima sorpresa: un upgrade gratuito nella camera Romantic, davvero splendida. Altro punto a favore: parcheggio gratuito, comodo e molto utile se si arriva in auto. È stato un soggiorno breve ma davvero perfetto. Torneremo sicuramente, e lo consigliamo a chiunque voglia vivere Cascia in un ambiente speciale, curato e gestito con passione.

Esperienza meravigliosa
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel in occasione di un viaggio in Umbria. La struttura è un palazzo antico ristrutturato di recente e molto bene, infatti la camera era ben arredata e dotata di un bagno moderno con grande doccia. La qualità dei servizi è impeccabile e la pulizia è ottima. Staff molto disponibile e cortese. Ben fornita la colazione. Da consigliare.

Seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questa struttura. Unico neo negativo che abbiamo trovato la struttura completamente avvolta da una impalcature perché in Faso di ampliamento. Camera rossa ottima, colazione super Personale gentile e disponibile Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare
