Hotel Delle Rose ★★★
"The hotel location is perfect, room is clean. Breakfast could be better, they should remark the name of each kind of food in the buffet, and service is quite slow. It could help to have a coffee machine for guest use, especially in the peak time. For Dinner as well, the order and deliver of food is a bit clumsy, with some exchange of order and misunderstanding (even though we all were italians😅😅😅). For the rest we loved our stay."
Palazzo Franceschini ★★★
"Excellent Hotel . Personal very convenient. Historical clean hotel . A real palace"
Il Casale di Ginetto ★★★
"Very good place Room very good cleaned and very quiet good for rest Views are good and beautiful. Breakfast could be improved, the cakes are delicious, but missing bread, no fruit or eggs. Cappuccino is amazing 😊"
Hotel Monte Meraviglia ★★★
"Good experience to live with the family. Hotel with great attention to detail: we felt a real Christmas atmosphere thanks to the decorations and lights that reigned in the structure. Clean rooms with everything you need. Very good hotel service. The variety of foods and tastings during dinner are also good. If I can make a small criticism: too slow in moving from one dish to another. The first evening we waited about an hour and a half for dessert. But apart from this it is an experience that I recommend families with children have."
La Reggia Sporting Center Hotel ★★★
"Nothing to say ! Excellent location and excellent service ! C was also a football team but well educated and never annoyed ! Thanks x l excellent week last with you will surely see us again and we advise you all because it really deserves ! Next"
Country House il Vecchio Ippocastano ★★★
"This beautiful residence is located on a hill in a countryside between Cascia and Norcia. Has different apartments to choose from, we stayed at the apartment named “Gatto” (Cat). Our apartment was quite large with an open space kitchen and living area, a full bathroom and a fairly large bedroom with a king size bed. Outside it has a little seating area with a small table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee, too bad it was very cold this time of year. The place has a heated pool and onsite free parking. The owner Brunella, was extremely helpful and friendly with us and other guests. Since it was New Year’s eve, Brunella organized an Italian aperitif for all her guests full of great Prosecco and mixed charcuterie of local specialty products. We stayed only two nights but we’ll be back to enjoy this gorgeous place."
Grand Hotel Elite ★★★
"Better move on. The waitress wasn't very attentive, she was thinking about talking to a guy, and only after the third time I asked if I should have picked up the desserts did she answer and bring some tongs. The worst thing was that they deducted the money from my credit card even before we left, and it was written, during the booking process, "payment at the hotel." I've never seen anything like this before. Furthermore, the receptionist was speechless and didn't know what to say. In the morning, however, the receptionist was polite and professional. The same could be said for the waiter, perhaps Neapolitan, who was kind and courteous. As for the rest, no."
Hotel Cascia Ristorante ★★
"Utterly appalling service at the restaurant! This is not how you treat people! And this is absolutely not how you treat customers who want to leave their money at your business! 02 May 2025, around 2:00 PM lunchtime. We are a family of 2 adults and an 8-year-old child who was in a wheelchair at this time due to a twisted ankle. Sat down at the front patio to have something good to eat. The table was set for 6, but there was just another family on the other side having a meal with plenty of room for other customers. A middle-aged lady with dark hair came out after a few minutes and, with an attitude, divided the tables into 2. That was fine with us since we could manage around 1 table. She did not bring a menu and just left. We started to read the menu that was posted on the wall and chose our dishes, so i went inside looking for service. Inside, there were a few tables taken, and the guests were being served. After another 5 minutes, a younger employee came out and told us to leave because the restaurant is closed. No apology, no reason for lack of service, nothing. Just a very rude order to leave their place. Was it because we were Polish, or was it because we had a child in a wheelchair, or maybe both? Extremely bad experience that did not ruin our visit to Cascia. We drove to Assisi and had a fabulous service and a meal there. Avoid at all costs, as there are many places around that will treat you with respect! Italy is amazing!"
