Simple and nice hotel in Casablanca.. breakfast is good.. Will come back again..

Breakfast was good and the locations was very good for my needs. The facilities are good and there is onside parking g available.

Big rooms with kitchen, good for business travelers, carrefour is just walk away

Everything else was good, but the breakfast was terrible and there was basically nothing to eat. The hotel provides very little drinking water. To be honest, the service of this hotel is not worthy of the price and I do not recommend staying there.

It is very close to the airport. There are many high-tech companies nearby. The hotel does not provide slippers and disposable toothbrushes. You need to bring your own. The room is generally relatively hygienic. It is a standard business apartment hotel.

I booked the hotel through Ctrip, but I found out when I got there that Ctrip was also booked through ***********, which is more expensive than booking. I will still book through *********** next time I go abroad, because foreigners don't know Ctrip at all. The hotel is not very clean. The wash basin in the bathroom is too dirty and the water is not flowing smoothly. I can only brush my teeth and wash my face in the sink in the small kitchen. The front desk is not bad. We drove by ourselves, which is quite convenient.

The room is OK, the location is average, there are not many places to eat around, the food in the hotel restaurant is OK, there is a Carrefour next to it But it is far from the places to play, I still recommend staying at the beach, which is closer to the places to play and has more places to eat Chinese food

The rooms are average, with a sunken single apartment layout. The raised part is the table, kitchen and bathroom, and the sunken part is the bed. The service is also average, even the cleaning aunt is unwilling to give you an extra bottle of water.

The lobby is well decorated, but the room is a bit shabby. The family room we booked that day was full of dust, which means that this room type is basically unoccupied, and the hotel will not clean the rooms that have not been opened for a long time. We changed the room and room type the next day, and it was ok.

I would like to bring to your attention an incident that occurred during my stay at the Domo Hotel in Casablanca. The behavior of the staff, particularly a receptionist on duty in the afternoon of September 6, 2024, was inappropriate and unbefitting of a four-star establishment. I was repeatedly questioned in an intrusive manner about my room while I was quietly dining in the hotel restaurant. This receptionist exhibited unsettling behavior by spending much of the afternoon watching my table in an insistent manner. To my surprise, he even informed me that certain interactions were prohibited in the hotel, without providing any clear explanations. Faced with this uncomfortable situation, I decided to leave the establishment without taking advantage of the nights I had booked and paid for. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to issue a refund. This level of service is unacceptable, especially in a Morocco that is progressing, where freedoms are increasingly respected, in contrast to what this hotel seems to still reflect.

Not a good experience, my room was not clean, walls not clean, curtains dirty and also the sofa and the armchair were dirty, air conditioning old system, the pool was not functioning, not the right hotel to stay even for one night. The hotel staff was nice, breakfast intercontinental but not too many choices.
