The hotel is located close to the freeway and there is a Shell gas station in the immediate area. You can walk to the gas station in less than a minute. But the store portion is closed at 11pm while the pumps seem to be working 24/7. The hotel's ground maintenance seems to be doing their jobs. The outside has a lot of nice touch to it like the deer statues, the benches, the grill, the rocking chairs right outside the main entrance, and so on. The room ha decent decorations and maintained ok. The bathroom sink was backing up and I had to let the front desk know. When I came back for the night, it was fixed. However, sink's clogging up doesn't happen overnight. It takes a while to develop. What does that tell me? The housekeeping is not relating the problem to the management. The hotel really needs to keep up with the aesthetic touch up. That's the first sign of turning into a Motel 6 or run down La Quinta. It really reflects on the leadership of the management. Here are other signs. The bathroom mirror has tear and wear. The housekeeping team should relay that to the management. While the plastic liner prevents the accumulated filthiness of the trash can, how about cleaning the trash can first? You can see how dirty the trash can is through the liner. Then there are all kind of skit marks inside and outside the elevators. The elevators themselves are not cleaned thoroughly. I see the same filth in the elevator 3 days ago. The lights above the main entrance are going out. They are flashing SOS Moses Code. All these discrepancies can be observed by any staff and brought up to the management. Heck, the management could even notice themselves. Why aren't all these discrepancies persist and not taken care of?

Attention Diamond Members: This property falls short of Hampton Inn's usual standards. Nadine's unprofessionalism and lack of appreciation for Diamond member loyalty are concerning. Attempts by the Diamond Desk to resolve billing issues were unsuccessful, and they were surprised by the local management's handling of the situation.

Working with John McDonnell, Chris Battaglino, and all of the staff was a breeze! We had a large room block, as well as use of one of their large conference rooms, and everything proceeded better than we could have imagined. All of the staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The rooms are very clean, updated, and well appointed. The conference room was perfect for our meetings and meals! This is a recurring trip for us, and we will be booking this event next year at The Hampton! We truly look forward to working with John and his team! Thank you for an amazing stay.

Due to a family member’s unplanned sickness, I had to cancel my reservations here at this hotel. I did not stay there but it was worth noting how polite and professional the desk clerk, Naomi, treated me on the phone. I was scheduled for two nights, a Thursday and Friday, so I decided to call the hotel and try to change reservations for just the Friday night, until I knew if I needed to be with my son who was facing surgery. I explained my situation to Naomi and she took care of the matter with such kindness. I just wanted to give her a shout out. And if I am in the Raleigh area again, I will definitely consider this hotel.

We only stayed one night for a concert. Check out was easy and the front desk clerk was so nice. The rooms we had were so clean. The bed was so comfy that we actually woke up late. The coffee they had in the lobby was so good and fresh all the time. Housekeeping was very friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

All was good except for the giant roach. Comfortable bed, nice people and decent breakfast but this not so pretty companion when I was trying to get a shower kind of ruined it. Hilton gave me points but it still kept me up worrying there were more.

Upon check-in with Ashley there was no hello are you checking should have been her first words; then no explanation of room number or where the elevators were located. Management (Nadine) just stood and watched the unprofessional team member even the next morning. The housekeeping team were very professional and I think some should be trained for the front desk. I’m so surprised at this type of service at a Hilton property. I just had excellent service at a competitor property and that’s where I will stay going forward. Only stay here if you’re fine with a clean room but don’t mind being treated without great customer care. Hampton Inn I expect more.

Booked this while visiting family close to the hotel. Was upgraded before arrival and room was amazing. Clean- biggest bathroom I have seen in a non 5 star hotel and two sinks. Texted me several times during our stay to see if we needed anything. Great choice. Quiet despite being near the freeway. Gas station with groceries right on property. Definitely coming back when in the area.

We stayed here on our trip down to GA and back. This has to be one of the best Hampton Inns I ever stayed in and I used to stay in a lot of them when I was in sales. Ashley at the front desk was really sweet and helpful! We saw her on both trips and she remembered us and made sure that we had a handicap accessible room for my husband. We sat at the bar one night and had a couple of drinks with a nice group after our dinner at Scratch. The bartender was really nice. When we went to leave today an older gentleman was out front and went and got us waters to take on the trip home. Great place and great staff. Lots of excellent restaurants around. Will definitely stop here again in the future.
