"This hotel was a disappointment. The front desk staff was lovely for what it's worth and were very welcoming. We entered our room to a moist smell. This was a bad first indicator. We checked the room and it was all standard at first glance. We went downstairs and brought up the smell, the front desk associate offered a deodorizer and a room swap. We were exhausted from our drive and wanted to just rest so we settled on the deodorizer. We went back upstairs and saw that the latch on the door was loose, the toilet paper hotel was loose, and the bathroom fan was noisy. The shower had only a curtain, no protective veil, and there was no clear hand soap in the room. After we woke up the next day, my fiancé noticed light dried blood on the sheets towards the end of the bed on her side. We received tons of bug bites in Florida during our trip so it could've resulted from an open bite but now we have anxiety about bed bug invested clothing. We won't consider staying here again."

"I had stayed at the hotel years ago when I first visited Raleigh. It was delightful. I have noticed there was no way to have food in the hotel which is a bummer if you come there and have to order food. There was a bar to have a drink. I am coming from out of town. It would have been nice to have a nightcap before tucking into bed. I noticed the pool was not up and running. I also notice that only 1 elevator was working. If you step inside, it dropped and would not always open level to the floor. This is a big hazard, especially for the vision impaired. Breakfast choices were few. If you are going to serve a buffet, have had sanitizer available. Get a juice machine to offer guests different varieties of juice. Use napkins instead of paper towels. To prevent covid, allow guest to place their hands in a glove to help ensure no transmittal of germs. The front desk clerk is not a food attendant. Hire someone to be there to watch the food. The edges of the food had set in pan so long that the edges were hard and unable to chew. My rest was appropriate. The room was clean. If I had the option to stay there again, I would refuse. "

"The hotel is close to the airport, which is convenient. However, we booked a high floor, and the toilet was blocked, requiring multiple flushes. The room layout is weird, and only tap water is provided—no bottled water."

"The hotel is in a good location, the room space is OK, the main cooking, although the facilities are complete but the quality is average, the sound insulation effect is poor, the last two days of the stay, the lobby has a strong smell and is very pungent, by the way, the hotel has no front desk, the front desk needs to go to the next door Spring."

"This is a low-cost hotel in a quiet location. There's a McDonald's right next door, and a Chick-fil-A and Target across the crosswalk. The staff was friendly when checking in. The elevator was broken so it was a bit inconvenient to get around from the 4th floor room. It has overlapping rooms and is a good hotel for the price. Breakfast is not provided, but coffee is provided 24 hours a day on the first floor."

"Very disappointed.. I have used motel 6 before and was very satisfied but this location has disappointed me a lot . I will never recommend this hotel to any families or people looking for a clean place. The table inside the room was sticky. Bad Smell in the room.. not a comfortable bed.. Very disappointed with this stay at motel 6."
