Good location. The room had no table and chairs, which I thought I saw in the photos. Other than that, everything was fine and an enjoyable breakfast to start traveling onward. Oh, but check your credit card charges to make sure they reimburse you for the credit card authorization and deposit.

Very poor value. Motel in disrepair. Breakfast choices were sub par. Staff were aware of the issues with our room but no remedy was offered.

The reviews said that the property had been renovated. Definitely not true. Plumbing fixtures run down. Carpets worn, holes in some places. The continental breakfast was sparse with little choice. No hot food.

Clean and quiet but needs some maintenance, no screen and broken towel rack. Breakfast room very small but the coffee was good and staff was friendly.

When I check into a lodging facility at the end of a long travel day, nothing impresses me more than the sight of clean carpeting in the hallways and in the rooms. And that is exactly what I found after I had checked into the Carson City Super 8 lodge in August, 2025, along with a well-furnished room with a desk and a comfortable bed, and a decent breakfast offering the following morning – all for a quite reasonable price. The next time I need a place to stay in Carson City, Super 8 will be my first consideration.

It was a quite clean hotel. Only issues I had was the fact they pre authorized a nights stay when it said my card would not be charged until arrival and the fact their was $100 deposit required, that is not listed on their booking site. Other than that the room, was quite, clean, and a perfect place to sleep and shower as I spent more time exploring the area and Lake Tahoe than hanging out at the hotel. The water pressure was great, the staff was friendly. Great location and great price
