Falta mucho mantenimiento, la limpieza es deficiente, pagamos casi 200 dólares noche y nos tocó la habitación más lejana de todas, con colchones patéticos, puerta de baño que no cerraba, bidet que perdía, sucia. Por suerte las chicas de administración nos cambiaron al otro día de habitación pero lamentable tener que arrancar así no está bueno. Tenemos un bebé y tuvimos que mudarnos de habitación al día siguiente al ingreso, cada vez que preguntábamos si podíamos pasarnos nos respondían mal, como si estuviesemos mendigando....increíble. La piscina climatizada era una mugre, tanto el lugar como el agua, en el spa no funciona nada....la ducha escocesa tapada de sarro, sale un chorrito tan finito que les aseguro, es mejor manguerearse Las instalaciones están venidas a bajo totalmente. El sector de recreación da lastima, todo sucio, roto... Deprimente y da inseguridad dejar a los chicos usar los juegos. Lo que si, los chicos de animación le ponen mucha onda, creo que es lo rescatable del hotel, pero al ser una empresa de recreación, los ví por otros hoteles El desayuno es como de paquete, como si abrieran las cosas y las acomodaran en bandejas.. no tienta nada de eso que uno espera al desayunar en un hotel 4*. Aunque el personal es muy amable siempre da la sensación de que le estás rompiendo las pelotas. Destaco la amabilidad del personal del restaurante que nos guardó la comida de nuestro bebé y nos la calentó. Porque de paso comento el el frigobar de las habitaciones no sólo no enfría si no que calienta...y tiene un cartel que dice "esto es un frigobar, no enfría, mantiene las cosas".... Nunca visto. Quiero destacar que la limpieza no existe, hay mugre de años ! Realmente deprime. No volvería, lamento haber caído en el márketing y los laureles de épocas pasadas."

"You think you are going to stay in a bungalow in the middle of the forest, but in reality there are almost two blocks of duplexes very close together, interconnected by winding paths and stairs, and the landscaping that is advertised is actually located on the sides of said paths. If you go out to the balcony you greet everyone who passes by, you can see everything. If you get the first floor, be prepared to take your suitcases, kids, and grandma up and down four times a day. Exhausting. There is no two-hectare forest. To go to the restaurant or the pool or the reception you have to walk quite a bit, if it rains I'll give it to you. The car has to be left on the street and there is no security. In the low season there are no games for children and in the middle season the covered pools look like Bristol in January. Old mattresses prevented us from resting well, there are a lot of service staff, some of them good-natured - not all of them - plus it is far from the beach, in front of the shopping center. In low season quite quiet, in summer super noisy. The peacocks are loose around the complex and give a very nice note, I liked them. I don't know about the new suites but the duplexes have survived. The adult spa pool is very nice. I found the children's pool quite useful, but the changing rooms are shared (?) and it is full of chlorine. An intermediate room is needed but since I'm not going back I don't have a problem. Find out why there is an elevator to go to the breakfast room on the first floor. They don't give robes in the spa unless you book a massage, but there are towels. Oh and the obligation to wear a hat in the pools (they give them to you) makes it seem like you are part of a swimming team 😂 "

"Beautiful park , nice swimming pool , good location . Poor maintenance of the room , Aleli , no air conditioning only fans which was enough for us . The room needs urgent update . For the ones that do the booking with them it is offered Beach service for free in Divisadero one of the best Sea club in Carilo with restaurant, swimming pool, restrooms , showers , beach entertainment, umbrellas , beach seats , etc"
