Staff were amazing!! Can’t thank them enough for guiding us along this trip.
Sadly the room was not up to standard,
Really disappointed with the bathroom, silverfish in the sink and bath, shower was unusable due to clogged trains, beds were clean. Room included iron and board alongside other little amenities.
General hygiene of the hotel was great, downstairs was beautiful, although we didn’t eat/ drink from the bar and restaurant it did look very nice.
View was beautiful but would’ve been nicer if the windows were clean and hairless.

Could not recommend enough!! I travelled with two young children and was instantly welcomed and cared for by all the hotel staff. We felt so relaxed and comfortable through out our stay! I highly recommend!

Stayed here two nights for a wedding in the area. The reception staff were so welcoming, even coming to hold the doors open for us as they saw us approaching in the rain. The breakfast was fab. A great choice of hot food, fruit, pastries etc. I loved the automatic pancake machine! Fresh pancakes on demand. Room was comfortable and clean. Shower hot and powerful. Only negative was the wooden bath panel being in a bad state from water damage. Obviously needs replacing with a plastic panel. Would happily stay again.

Great stay again at the Cardiff hotel (Culverhouse Cross). Lots of character. Lovely comfortable room and fabulous bed. Overlooking lake with swans and birds. Good parking. Easy to get uber taxi or bus into Cardiff Bay and Cardiff central. Hotel staff made us feel very welcome. Will definitely be going back.

Lovely hotel in a great location.Stayed 2 nights while visiting family. Food was lovely with bright and airy rooms. Staff great with reception and bar especially helpful.
