Facilities: Water leaks, which turns into a water curtain hole after taking a shower, spreading from the toilet to under the bed. The next morning it was still full of water, showing the leakage! First, I was put into a room that had serious glitches. Shortly after checking in, I discovered a water leak in the room, which not only affected my stay but also caused damage to my personal belongings. What's even more shocking is that when the service staff helped me report this issue to the hotel management, I got a very blunt response. Not only did management fail to proactively resolve the issue, they refused to provide me with any form of compensation for the damage caused by the leak. I have reason to suspect that this unfair treatment is motivated by racial discrimination. While I hope this speculation is wrong, the way the hotel management treated me and handled the situation makes me doubt it. Maybe they all deliberately left the faulty rooms to us... 리셉션 직원분 친절합니다. 인근 레스토랑이나 명소도 추천받았으며, 조식도 훌륭합니다. 룸컨디션은 좋은 편 이였는데, 한가지 아쉬운건 방음은 잘 되지않습니다. 엄청 거슬릴 정돈 아니여서 쉬는데 문제는 없었습니다.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with everything freshly prepared. The outdoor area was also a highlight — a lovely garden that made the atmosphere even more special

It was a very nice experience to stay at the Hotel Villa Pergola. The Hotel stuff was very willing to help, very friendly and gave us valuable insider Information about the Island Capri. The room was very clean and has nice typical furniture. The breakfast was very good, a lot to choose. We would love to return!

Beautiful place to stay . Difficulty navigating location but very kind staff come to help us . Welcome drinks in the gardens .Enza was so kind and showed us places of interest to visit . Later sent us restaurant recommendations. We were offered an upgraded room With balcony with stunning views over Capri. Pool wasn’t up and running as it was a bit early in season but expected this . Option to have breakfast in room was a lovely touch. Overall and great choice to stay very comfortable rooms and in gr8 location for central Capri . Well done to all the team for going over and above . 5* treatment x
