"Unfortunately, our overall experience at this hotel was negative. The view and scenic location are truly beautiful, but the property is very difficult to reach, and a car is practically essential for getting around. Without a car, getting around is extremely difficult, especially since the hotel offers no transportation service. Furthermore, the hotel has no elevator and there are numerous stairs, uphill and downhill. Even reaching the restaurant requires a rather long and uncomfortable walk, full of stairs and inclines. This is definitely not a hotel for those seeking convenience and ease of access. The breakfast service was also very disappointing. The selection was rather limited, and several times, arriving between 8:30 and 9:00, we found many items already sold out. We asked for a refill, but were simply told they were out of stock. If breakfast hours are listed as 7:00 to 10:00, we expect the buffet to be adequately stocked throughout the service. Regarding cleanliness, the room was cleaned every day, and we have no particular complaints. However, our room was infested with ants: we found them on the bed, in the bathroom, and practically everywhere else in the room. We reported the problem several times and asked for action, but unfortunately, the situation was not resolved. The property is also very old and, in our opinion, needs much more thorough maintenance and renovation. Finally, we were charged a supplement of €10 per day for our dog, but absolutely no amenities were offered. There wasn't even a simple bowl of water available. Ultimately, considering the accessibility, the property's maintenance, the breakfast, the ant problem, and the additional cost for the dog with no amenities included, both my family and I had a decidedly negative experience. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel."

"Location suggested outside the typical Elba chaos of August but at 10 minutes' drive from Capoliveri, the residence is 5 minutes walk from the nearest beach (but the road is up) and the complex near other beaches in the area. The residence is in a high position, so the view is spectacular. Well furnished and served apartment, car reserved place. Available bar, pool, tennis and barbecue. Cute and available staff"
