Wonderful hotel, very nice, friendly and professional service, tasty breakfast and amazing pools and wellness facilities. I like their environment-friendly deal of choosing wether to clean the rooms or get vouchers instead, it's very straight-forward. I'd certainly return here next time I'm in Azores.

Overall the hotel is good, great location to get to all the attractions. Plenty of parking, indoor and outdoor pool. Breakfast was limited, nothing new to eat during the week. In the room: limited number of sockets, inconvenient location, some of them are not working. Room cleaning: the room was cleaned once during the week, which is very strange, there is an option to receive vouchers instead of cleaning, which we were not interested in, since without a voucher, the staff had to clean the room, which was not done. Only after a direct appeal at the reception and a personal request the next day we finally received new towels and a cleaned room.

The people are very friendly, the facilities are well looked after and looked after.

Everything was perfect, clean and spacious room with large TV. Very good wifi, private and free parking. The food is good as well as the hearty breakfast. The hotel is about 18 minutes from the city center. There are 2 swimming pools with sauna and hammam.

We stayed at this hotel back in 2016, during our first trip. That's why we chose this hotel again this time. The hotel is conveniently located: the airport and many attractions can be reached in less than 30 minutes. The rooms are spacious with a large bathroom. The bed is comfortable. Lots of storage space. There is a refrigerator and a kettle. However, there are very few sockets and some of them did not work, the kettle was plugged in in the bathroom. The hotel has a good restaurant. Delicious breakfast. There is a bar with a good selection of drinks. The hotel has outdoor and indoor pools, a gym, a sauna and a steam bath. The hotel provides separate towels for the spa complex, which you can take with you when traveling to the springs. This is very convenient. Towels can be changed for dry ones as needed, since due to the high humidity on the island, almost nothing dries. The hotel staff is very friendly and always ready to help with planning your vacation. This time, at our request, they found the tide schedule for the natural pools, since it is best to swim there during low tide, the water is the hottest. Next time we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Super Lage, super Service. Ohne Mietwagen kommt man aber leider nicht weg. Ansonsten ist man relativ schnell an allen Flecken auf der Insel.
