An incredible hotel, with warm, dedicated hospitality. From the efficient and friendly arrival, to the pride the team expressed whilst showing us around their property. The seafacing junior suite and its views were stunning. The hiking trails amazing. The food and drink were good too. You can tell there was care and consideration in all elements of this hotel, right down to the tiniest of details. Can’t wait to return! An icon!

The service was amazing . We were treated like royalty, I couldn’t fault anything. The food, tea, champagne was so tasty! Everyone made it their business that I had the most amazing experience! Thank you 12 apostles ! From the driver who picked us up, the receptionists who popped champagne on arrival! I had a surprise guitarist playing happy birthday for me , all arranged by the hotel. Waiters during breakfast, my room was exceptionally decorated with more champagne and cake! Anyone celebrating a special occasion, please go!

We had the most amazing anniversary stay at the 12 Apostles Hotel for the night — quite possibly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The weather played ball, was absolutely perfect, and our sea-facing room was sunny and warm in mid winter Cape Town and offered spectacular views of the bay on a pristine, sunny afternoon. From our balcony, we could share a glass of bubbles absorbing the 360 degree views of the shimmering ocean but also the tranquil swimming pool and the 12 Apostles mountains as backdrop — pure magic. The room itself was stunning: beautifully appointed, and decorated, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. My partner, CariAnne, was completely blown away: full kudos , chapeau, credits (not sure that I will be able to lift the bar any higher in future). I’ve stayed in some really good , top hotels — in my previous business life: 12 Apostles easily matched / surpassed those experiences. One of the highlights was the breakfast: a luxurious spread featuring fresh oysters, champagne, smoked salmon, super crispy bacon, and every imaginable accompaniment for a truly indulgent start to the day. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff were exceptionally attentive and warm, making us feel completely at home throughout our stay. We will definitely be booking again for next year. The 12 Apostles is a rare gem — world-class hospitality in a breathtaking setting.

Complete 5 star experience. From the rooms to the pools to the food. View from Azure balcony at sunset was stunning. Special shout out to Amy Lee and Henry for going over and above for us and making our stay extra special. We will definitely be back soon!

For the third and final leg of our Cape Town & Winelands adventure we wanted to stay somewhere with a view of the sea in a restful location. The Twelve Apostles was the ideal choice. From our welcome to transfer to Cape Town Airport the staff looked after us in such a friendly and helpful way. The shuttle to Camps Bay and the V&A Waterfront was so convenient, enabling us to do that inevitable last-minute shopping. The food and service in both restaurants were excellent, as was the bar. A particular highlight was our picnic at Stanley’s Rock. Special mention to the waiter who carried all the food and wine up the rocky track and periodically popped back up to check whether we needed anything else. The food was excellent and the views of Camps Bay and The Twelve Apostles mountains provided the perfect setting. We wanted a restful end to our trip and time to reflect on what we’d experienced. The Twelve Apostles provided that and more.

We stayed as a family and had two separate rooms with a shared lobby area, which worked very well. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful and made my daughter feel particularly special on her birthday. The ambience and views from the Leopard bar were superb as was the food and service in Azure. The spa service wasn’t as friendly as the hotel and felt in need of a bit of an update, but the massages themselves were excellent.
