The location was excellent,we had the 2 bedroom mountain view which was very relaxing,clean rooms and bathrooms,towels were provided everyday and the room too was cleaned daily. I only wish that they had soundproofed the rooms abit better ,because of the noise from the upstairs and side neighbours during the night and early morning hours there was abit of a sleep disturbance. Overall,for the location and friendly staff,I'd rate it 4/5

There was a small water leak from the wall above the left wash basin. Everything was soaked the morning when we woke up. The toothbrush and soap holder above the left basin was missing. It was lying in the cabinet underneath the basin. The lights above the mirrors did not work. The shower drain was very slow and you need to close the shower tap while showering for the water to drain first otherwise it will overflow and then you can carry on to shower. The lock on the sliding door to the balcony does not work. The 2 beds against each other made it uncomfortable. One solid mattress would be better.

Great location with lovely views. Good service at the start, but it all slacked after the third day. Staff seemed to know about the shower that leaks right up to the bedroom floor, and is a slippery death trap! Minor issue, but teaspoons would have been welcome.

Very clean and safe space with a nice view. Only problem is that I was not notified about the daily cleaning service and that someone will be coming in the apartment while we're not there with our belongings not packed away in the rooms and kitchen.

We overall enjoyed our stay. Our little apartment is in a very secure block. We checked in after the stated check-in & the hosts made a plan for us. We had a problem with really noisy guests next door (no fault of the property), the host & security made every effort to quell the noise, then moved us (up-grade) to a super-lux apartment. They really went the extra mile.

Affordable and all necessary items provided. Friendly security and reception. Great view of table mountain and lions head and grwenpoint stadium and the beach depending on the room.
