Good location just behind the Cannes Station around 7 minutes walk. The apartment is ok with laundry and spa room. But the ***** woman at reception had suspection of racism on Asians.

Hotel is at a convenient location. Room is clean and tidy but water pressure in the bathroom is a bit too low.

Nice location within Cannes but the room was father old, many broken items like the leakage and missing nails. Also, €25 for a private parking and also guest need to bring their own trash out which is funny. Imagine seeing everyone holding a bag of trash appearing at the reception to check out at 11am.

Actualy it was almost perfect,big Hugo room Hugo ballroom with bath kitchen , I don't know way they dont accepte our saying with the same prixe usualm,

The location is fantastic. It only 5 minutes walk to Cannes train station. The facilities in the room are not in a good condition. For the service, they can’t do room service.

The staff at reception were really friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice and well located. Only 5 mins walk to the train station and 10 mins walk to the beach. The studio could be a bit better equipped for cooking. There is a hob but no pans. Fortunately for us the fridge and microwave were enough. Very quiet for sleeping at night time. Would recommend to stay here!

Very clean, only 10 minutes walk to the beach and the Festival Palace, there is also a supermarket nearby, very convenient, very quiet at night, service: the front desk guy is very polite, the service at breakfast is also very good, I said there are small flies near the orange juice machine, it was cleaned immediately, very timely and effective, the French in the south are relatively friendly... The place where you live has to go through a small garden, the air conditioning in the house is also moderate, although it is 35 degrees outside, it does not affect it at all! The breakfast is great and the environment is nice. There is a laundry room. There is a dedicated parking lot for parking. On Sundays, roadside parking is free. You can also park on the side as long as there is a space. The room is large, there is a swimming pool, and it is not far from the attractions.

We booked a room for four people, but we had to make an extra bed ourselves. There were only pillows but no quilts in the closet. We asked the front desk to tell us if it was off duty. We had to take all the garbage out of the room. Be sure to avoid this hotel.

It is within a 10-minute walk from the train station. During your stay, you are responsible for cleaning and do not change towels and bath towels. Since I rarely stay in hotel apartments, I spent 10 euros to get two clean bath towels. Overall, it's not bad.
