The room was great. The whole experience makes us felt like home, and we could definitely want to stay there for a long time if we can. The best place for families for sure. The amenities were great, and the one bedroom even have two toilets. Because I booked through trip.com, somehow the hotel has issues with my payment/authorisation. But, they have definitely communicated with me very promptly prior to the visit and everything went well. Highly recommend!!!

It was a beautiful fully equipped room with kitchen, sofa bed and bedroom. It looked very modern and new. The room was supplied with detergent for the washing machine, kitchen equipment, and vacuum. The area was beautiful and safe. Great views! When there was a small issue, it was handled quickly and resolved to our satisfaction.

This is the perfect apartment/condo, resort property and location in Canmore. We stated in unit WSL 201 and love every part of our stay. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed, and the under ground parking was a game changer. Our unit had a king bedroom along with a room with two twin beds. The kitchen was well stocked with all kitchen items you would need and had 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom. Well worth the stay.

4 night stay in a lovely 2 bdrm/2bath suite. 3 of 4 nights were stifling hot due to cooling system not working. 5 pillows, all seriously way too fat. construction equipment noise and gravel dust from next door building site was loud, disruptive and dirty - windows needed to stay shut, and so we couldn't sit out on the balcony. I will pay for quality, but placing clients in a room with no A/C is unacceptable.

Our apartment was absolutely stunning. Super modern and super clean. Lots of extras included - coffee, tea, quality wash/shower products etc. Spring Creak is a lovely area. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our apartment had an extra large balcony and views of the mountains.

This is an amazing place to stay in a great location for exploring the area. The apartment has everything needed and more. Wish had spent more time chilling in the accommodation as it’s set up to help you chill. The complex has many amenities but again our stay was short and we didn’t get a chance to use. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic time in Canmore and in this home. Everything is very well done. All the comforts of home with the most amazing views from the back patio. So glad we chose to stay here!
