Very nice wood chalets. Everything as described. Check in very easy. Front desk very helpful. Provided hair dryer at request. Very well.located. cozy chalet.

My wife and I traveled to Banff National Park and chose "Rundle Chalets" in Canmore for our stay. We had a very pleasant experience staying there. Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, small but comfortable cabin with everything you need for a traveler, and all this in the midst of incredibly beautiful mountain scenery.

The hotel has a great location, only 15 minutes from Banff. It feels more like a cozy house than a typical hotel, with plenty of amenities provided. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it a comfortable place to stay while exploring the area.

We enjoyed our stay there. Everything was nice and clean. Lady at front desk was very nice

I am very disappointed. I canceled my booking and still was charged saying no show. Would never use trip. Com and wouldn’t recommend to anyone

It is rustic for sure. Cobwebs on outside of windows. Old, dark, wood cracked due to age and weather. Bed pushed up against wall so you have to crawl out. When your in late 70’s and have issues, not pleasant. Ants inside of room.

Cabins were clean, Bed OK, Kitchen small but well stocked. Bathroom is very small. Almost have to back in to use the toilet or take a shower. I don't think there is an AC and it got quite hot one night. The towels were on the thin side. But we still enjoyed the cabins.

Value for the money

The facilities are old and the only advantage is the convenient parking. The rest need to be improved.

The room, built in 1960, is quite small, and the bathroom is even smaller. It's not convenient to shower with children. The facilities are outdated. The location on the road can be a bit noisy, and the curtains are dirty and worn. The kitchen utensils are provided, but they look dirty and unused. The shower gel is 3-in-1. The towels are dark in color, so I didn't use them!

Chinese service, quiet environment, suitable for sleeping
