Will never stay here again. Parking is limited, BBQ on the deck is insulting, one ice machine available for the entire facility, traffic noise from the highway was unbearable, and the air conditioning in our suite was useless. And those are just a few items which make this resort a bad experience. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Overall just OK. The bad: Interior quite outdated, needs some major upgrades. Lights were kind of dim, bbq barely heated up when it was +3 outside. If you want access to the swimming pool, you need to walk across the parking lot, it's in a different building. There was only one thermostat in the living room so when the heat was on in the living room, the bedroom would turn into a sauna. They charged an extra $30 at the hotel for a fee that ******* didn't charge, there was no indication of that ahead of time. To top it off they charged us $30 for two towels that they sent us pictures of that had a bit of makeup on them, but they never put them through a wash. Also, 5 PM check-in, 10 AM check-out, unusual hours. The good: great location, the pool and hot tub were very nice, large rooms with a full kitchen and everything to cook a nice meal. Decent value for the money compared to other places.

Location was excellent - very close to downtown Canmore and many restaurants nearby. Facility was as pictured on ******* and was clean. Only downside is that suite was on the main floor and we could hear every footstep taken by the people in the unit above us. Bring ear plugs so that the unit above you does not disturb your sleep.

Our room was great! Had a 2 bedroom suite. Loved the full kitchen snd laundry in room. The beds were super comfy. And it was really quiet. We didn’t hear anything at night. Unfortunately they are doing construction, so the hallways were a giant construction site. Pool was fun for the kids (my son especially loved the little kid splash area), but it was a tad dirty. There was hair all over the deck (gross) and I don’t think it ever got mopped so it was kind of grimy. Good location for a couple days in Banff though

Wonderful, clean and quiet. Easy to walk to many amenities in Canmore. A underground parking stall is included. I will book a stay there again. Under construction in some areas but that is okay. The pool was great!
